It’s definitely the best service I have ever had speaking about service in general. The insurance itself is also good, but the reason why everyone I know likes RedPanda is because of the people work there. They are always smiley, friendly and want to help you. Even if you don’t need insurance help, they can always support you personally and make you feel good. Thanks a lot especially to Peter, who has been helping me with paper work and documents.

On Sunday evening, I did not even hope that someone could help me, but on the site I found a call form from a RedPanda specialist within 25 seconds. I left the number and, indeed, after 20 seconds I was already talking with a pleasant young man who listened to me and recommended that I immediately go to the Fakultní nemocnice and RedPanda would call me a taxi. I did so, and the young man (Later I found out that his name is Peter) stayed in touch with me in the messenger throughout the late Sunday evening, coping with how I'm doing in the hospital! (At the hospital, by the way, the doctor diagnosed and prescribed treatment, and for this they didn’t take a cent from me on the MAXIMA comprehensive insurance issued by RedPanda) And then he called a taxi back to the house! For me, honestly, such a level of service and the quality of the services provided is something unprecedented before, I can’t recall a company that would treat its customers with the same care. I want to wholeheartedly thank the entire team of RedPanda and Peter in particular for providing the service at a level higher than generally accepted here at the average market price, and I hope that other companies will take an example with RedPanda and in the future will become at least a little bit similar in the policy of good faith. В вечер воскресенья я даже не надеялся на то, что кто-то сможет мне помочь, однако на сайте я обнаружил форму для звонка от специалиста РедПанда в течение 25 секунд. Оставил номер и действительно, через 20 секунд я уже общался с приятным молодым человеком, который выслушал меня и порекомендовал немедленно ехать в Fakultní nemocnice и RedPanda вызовет мне такси. Я так и поступил, а молодой человек (В последствии я узнал что его зовут Пётр) оставался со мной на связи в мессенджере на протяжении всего позднего вечера воскресенья, интересуясь как у меня обстоят дела в больнице! (В больнице, кстати, врач поставил дигноз и назначил лечение, и за это по комплексной страховке MAXIMA, оформленной у RedPanda, с меня не взяли ни цента) А затем он вызвал мне такси обратно до дома! Для меня, честно говоря, такой уровень сервиса и качества предоставляемых услуг это что-то невиданное ранее, я не могу припомнить компанию, которая бы с таким же трепетом относилась к своим клиентам. Я хочу от всей души поблагодарить всю команду RedPanda и Петра в частности, за то что они предоставляют сервис на уровень выше общепринятого здесь по среднерыночной цене, и надеюсь, что и остальные компании возьмут с RedPanda пример и в будущем станут хоть чуточку похожими в политике добросовестности. P.S. Боже, они настолько хороши, что это даже побудило меня написать мой первый отзыв в жизни.
