Disaster .. Personal willing, when you go to spend money, that's probably everyone ... Mower bought 22.4. after the third start does not start. AFTER the second time in the service of a man who probably doesn't know what he is doing when he repairs the mower and doesn't try it, because he has nowhere and this was confirmed to me by the salesman, who shouted at me not to get upset. Well, I don't know and I'm still waiting for some information .. I wish it would be fixed by sending an SMS. In my experience, I do not recommend .. I'm sad that there is such a thing today.

I bought garden furniture. It looked very nice outside, but after a week it started to fall apart and then again and again something different, for the fourth time. The highlight of everything was today's experience when I was again complaining. At first, Mr. told me that I was going wrong (Mr. supposedly needed to leave ... as seriously) but then he found out that I'm not completely excited either, because I'm here for the fourth time. Subsequently, Mr. tamed and told me that unfortunately the money back is not possible because we would need an expert opinion, but he understands that because under the manager of the company, one of the mentioned chairs also broke. All this to me experience with Hecht.

At the beginning of February 2020, I bought a vacuum cleaner for ashes in the Hecht store in Český Krumlov. After the first vacuuming of the stove, all the ash flew through the filter and I had everything in the room. I went to complain the very next day and it was explained to me that I had to clean the filter !!! So I told the gentleman that it is completely new and there was NOTHING TO CLEAN !!! Accepted, after a week the filter was replaced and I went to pick it up. After another week, I pull out a vacuum cleaner with a new filter, put a hose in the stove and lo and behold, the ash flies again from the vacuum cleaner into the room. Again on the complaint, saying that I forgot the proof of purchase at home, but I had a card that they offered me with the proviso that I will never need proof of purchase. I give the seller a card, he looks at the computer, saying that he can't find my receipt, and only the manager, who isn't there, can enter the system. Dialed, I went home to look for a document. After a few days, I return to the store with a vacuum cleaner and a receipt, the complaint is accepted. Then came a pandemic of closed shops, etc.… After two months I'm going for a vacuum cleaner, the salesman sent me somewhere back to the door that complaints were being settled there. I ring the bell, knock on the door, and after ten minutes the overgrown guy climbs out, saying that he is only there until five. I'll look at the clock 17:10. So I tell him that I've been ringing for a long time and no one is opening. "I was here now and no one was here" If you were here, we would have met… Quarrel like swine… After a while "here you have it, I didn't find anything there and the vacuum cleaner is fine" Arrogant idiot who wanted to tell me that it is actually normal for the filter to release what it is supposed to hold. He also scolded me for not going for it until after two months, he probably didn't understand what had been going on lately. Well, nothing, I'll go complain again. It's not so much about the money for a broken vacuum cleaner as it is about how they treat customers. You buy something that doesn't work and they make you just a jerk. I don't know how they treat customers elsewhere, but I will definitely not shop here in Č. Krumlov in Hecht and I do not recommend it to others.

Pleasant service that will take good care of you. The disadvantage of Hecht as such is their overall system. I went from České Budějovice for a product which, according to the website, was supposed to be in stock here. Classic, they didn't have it here at all. Otherwise, HECHT offers quality products at very reasonable prices. Due to the five-star service and good prices, I can definitely recommend a visit to this store.

After the second complaint, I left the product in the store for 299, - I understood that for this price it is really just a tool for a "shelf exhibition". The service at this store reminds me more of a visit to a collection yard .... b * rdel, where do you look .... Unfortunately.

Maximum satisfaction and pleasant staff, especially one younger gentleman and technician, took care of the quick delivery of the spare part to my full satisfaction.
