Tento obchod v žiadnom prípade neodporúčam. V tomto obchode som si objednala sedátko na wc, sedátko nesedelo, tovar mi bol doručený v obedňajších hodinách po príchode domov som zistila, že sedátko nesedí. Následne som kontaktovala obchod Hezká koupelna, kde mi jej skvelý pán majiteľ oznámil, že odstúpiť od zmluvy nie je možné, lebo som tovar vybalila z fólie. Pre mňa nepredstaviteľné, aby som tovar nemohla vybaliť a aj keď bol nepoužitý a nenamontovaný mi odmietol vrátiť peniaze, lebo na sedátku nebola fólia. Čiže aj keď nepoužité sedátko, ktoré bolo 2 hod. doma mi odmietli odstúpenie od zmluvy. Toto sa môže stať iba v obchode ako je tento, kde tovar predajú a viac ich nezaujíma. Nehovoriac o tom, že farba na sedátku bola oškrabaná. V žiadnom prípade nenakupujte v tomto obchode, ak nechcete byť sklamaný prístupom zo strany tejto predajne.

Vřele doporučuji. O zákazníka se zajímají - ihned po objednávce zboží volali pro upřesnění informací. A také se starají - při koupi nastal problém, který nezpůsobili, přesto mi jej pomohli vyřešit ikdyž nemuseli.

Tento obchod na základe osobnej skúsenosti neodporúčam a odporúčam vyhnúť sa mu oblúkom. Na trhu je množstvo konkurenčných firiem s rovnakým sortimentom a za prípadné škody Vám nestojí to skúšať. Zákaznícky servis tejto firmy je však v dnešnej dobe unikát a pripravte sa na jednanie ako s najväčším primitívom. Nie je možné, aby vami dodaný produkt bez vady rozsypal automaticky po dvihnutí z krabice bez akéhokoľvek kontaktu skla s podlahou, stenou alebo iným materiálom (Ale tu vy samozrejme uvádzate, že produkt určite nemohol mať iné manuálne poškodenie lebo by sa automaticky rozsypal. Tak si to poďme prejsť základnou logikou. Produkt uložený v otvorenej krabici bol celý. Produkt bol dvihnutý dvoma ľuďmi bez akéhokoľvek kontaktu a rozsypal sa. Prosím, poučte ma čo sa mohlo medzi celým produktom a jeho dvihnutím stať, že sa to poškodilo? Máme asi ostrý vzduch, alebo zlú hustotu a je to naša chyba? Ten produkt už bol dávno narušený a dvihnutie spôsobilo tlak v bode narušenej štruktury a celé sa to zosypalo. Toľko k Vášmu argumentu o "neodbornej" manipulácii). Už ma Vaša argumentácia unavuje a ste fakt príklad najúbohejšieho zákaznického servisu. V živote sa mi nestalo to, že by ma firma opakovane osočovala z chyby na mojej strane bez akéhokoľvek prijatia možnej zodpovednosti na Vašej strane. Vaša reakcia na tento komentár hovorí za všetko a dúfam, že vám tých pár EUR stojí za ohrozenie zdravia klientov. Vaše riešenie rozhodne nie je ústretové a je to iba spôsob ako si chcete bez akejkoľvek hanby a sebareflexie vygenerovať ďalší zisk. Smutné a bohužiaľ pravdivé.

Když jsem produkt (sprchové dveře do niky) objednávala, obchodní jednání pracovnice po telefonu bylo velmi milé a profesionální. Na otázky odpovídala fundovaně, opravdu velice příjemné jednání. Zakoupený produkt jsem však byla nucena reklamovat, bohužel přes pana majitele firmy. Způsob "komunikace a řešení" problému byly natolik neuspokojivé, že jsem se nakonec rozhodla kontaktovat přímo výrobce produktu a reklamaci jsem dořešila napřímo s ním. Never more.
