Nothing to be afraid of.
People in the building are very nice and don't mind educated turists to go there (It's the City Hall)
You can see the mechanical mecanism in the last floor. "Ultimate technology" from 1924, no 5G/IOT/Cloud/Intel/AI and other stuff like this. And it's still there working...
