Přístup k zákazníkům ale hodnotím jako velmi hloupý. 4.12.2020 jsem si rezervoval plavbu pro tři osoby na 6.8.2021 ve 20.00 a zároveň apartmán v hotelu na jednu noc. Návštěva voroplavby totiž měla být první zastávka na cestě do IT. V pátek 30.7.2021 v 16.00 mi volá vysmátej hošík, že tu rezervaci ruší a že si voroplavbu můžu rezervovat na jindy. Já na to, že mám tu rezervaci od prosince a jindy nemůžu. Že prý se nedá nic dělat a že to přišlo "shora" (asi nějakej korporát ten Maleček). Pochopil bych procítěné omluvy a vysvětlení například ve smyslu, že nejsou lidi, že se vor potopil, že se chce projet Babiš (to se mi v Krumlově fakt stalo), ale když mi vysmátej hošík drze blábolí, že to přišlo "shora", pro to pochopení nemám. Takže hoši, slušně jste mě otrávili, zkazili jste nám začátek dovolené a apartmá už teď nejde stornovat. Jedna hvězda čistě z důvodu, že nulu vám dát nemůžu. Pitomci. I can't evaluate the voyage as such, because it didn't happen. However, they rate the approach to customers as very stupid. 4.12.2020 I booked a cruise for three people on 6.8.2021 at 20.00 and at the same time an apartment in a hotel for one night. The visit to the voyage was supposed to be the first stop on the way to IT. On Friday, July 30, 2021, at 4 pm, a laughing boy calls me that he is canceling the reservation and that I can book a boating for another time. I'm saying that I've had the reservation since December and other times I can't. That there is nothing to do and that it came "from above" (probably some corporate Maleček). I would understand the perceived apologies and explanations, for example, in the sense that there are no people, that the raft sank, that Babiš wants to ride (this really happened to me in Krumlov), but when you laugh at me, the little guy blabberes on that it came "from above", for I have no understanding. So guys, you poisoned me decently, you ruined our start to the holiday and the apartment can no longer be canceled. One star purely because I can't give you zero. Nerds.
P	Pavel Smetana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi hezky pohled na Krumlov, zajimavy vyklad, prijemna plavba. Nafasujete vestu a jedete Vltavu vcetne 2 jezu. Very nice view of Krumlov, interesting explanation, pleasant cruise. You put on a vest and ride the Vltava, including 2 weirs.
M	Mirka Jašková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bez plavby s touto firmou by u nás nemohla proběhnout návštěva Krumlova :-) Tentokrát to bylo ozvláštněné tím, že nám chlapci na konci plavby ještě i zazpívali. Super zážitek, rozhodně doporučuji každému.

The instructions when we left were a little unclear, and there was a bit of a wait for the shuttle back to town, but I'm so glad we did it!
T	Tanya Zannino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of fun renting a 2 person raft and paddling through Cesky Krumlov. Must do experience if you have a spare hour. We went at 9am and they sorted us out with a raft very quickly. Safe for beginners too. Nothing difficult and paddling is almost optional with the gentle river current carrying you most of the way.

When we "sailed" Vltava river ancient style, its like you touch the history. Absolutely recommended!
J	Juan Pablo Restrepo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very nice activity. We liked it with my wife and my little kid a lot. We took this cruise in July 2018 and we still like to remind it. The city is beautiful and so is the river. Firstly we wanted to go rafting but since we had our child we decided for calmer option. However you still go through two little waterfalls so it is an adventure anyway :)
