★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, perfect plan for afternoon in Český Krumlov. We borrowed a raft for the afternoon (the 1-2 hours trip from Větřín to Český Krumlov). Very easy comunication, the guy was always on time eventhough I called that morning. We recommend to do the trip if its nice weather, it is absolutely amazing experience to see Krumlov from a boat. Also good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malaček rafting staff were professional but not friendly. We paid them and they gave us a raft, end of story. One day the staff’s jobs will be done by robots and I will not notice the difference. The river on this day was absolutely rammed full of other rafters, of all ages but most of whom were drunk and loud. The trip on the river is adjacent to a very busy and loud road so every truck, passing car and especially motorcycle could be heard loud and all too clear. If you are to go rafting around Česky Krumlov, do not go in the height of Summer holiday season on a weekend-unless you want to make a ton of noise with a bunch of drunks, in which case you will feel at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For us it was very bad. We have taken this trip in summer 2021 and during the trip we need the help because the boat was broken. But they didn’t want to help us , and they hang up the phone . The only thing know to do for this agency is to take the money from the client , and after all, they don’t care your safety. They are irresponsible and their boat is not with quality .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have done this experience this year , in one cold day just after raining. It’s the worst experience in my life with this agency , they are not responsible. They gave us one unsafe boat so that we fall into the river. The other people have helped us to call this agency. And this agency has let us wait 50 minutes for their car ( in genere just 10 minutes with the car ) , we asked them to take us back to our hotel first because we were wet from the head to the feet , we feel very very very cold after waiting 50 minutes . But they refused . They told us that they need take us first to their office and we need to pay the service of this pickup , otherwise we were not allowed to go anywhere. You need to pay attention to choose the agency because if you make the wrong choice, this trip with the boat will be very dangerous for you. The quality of the boat and the responsibility are two importante things but this agency they don’t have .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally loved it. Friendly and helpful staff and we enjoyed the beautiful views and surroundings while taking it easy on the raft. Highly recommend it if you are in Český Krumlov and have at least 2hrs spare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome 2 hours on the river. Picked up the brochure from our hotel and made a quick booking over the phone. Walked to the office and was driven to the start point. Given enough instructions for the trip and set of. Weirs were easy enough to navigate and felt safe the trip. Met at the end by the guide who helped retrieve the boat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible!!!! Avoid at all costs. Called the night before to book and employee said we can come at 10 AM for the 2 hour tour. I asked many times if we had to book and the employee said we do not have to. When we arrive at 10 AM the day after a different employee said we can not join because we did not register and he was very, very rude and did not want to help us. Please do not go!
