J	Jan Novák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl jsem si zde nechat provést servis kola. Můj telefonát mi nikdo nezvedl, místo toho po půl hodině reagovali pomocí zpráv. Zeptal jsem se tedy, zda bych si u nich mohl nechat provést servis kola a zda bych mohl kolo za 2 dny dovést. Odpověděli že ano, ale po 17 hodině. V určený den jsem dorazil cca 15 minut po 17 hodině, ale na zvonek nikdo nereagoval. Když jsem zkusil zavolat, nikdo to nezvedal. Téhož dne jsem se pokusil dozvonit a dovolat ještě jednou, cca po hodině či hodině a půl. Opět žádná reakce. I wanted to have the bike serviced here. No one answered my phone, instead they responded with messages after half an hour. So I asked if I could have the bike serviced by them and if I could bring the bike in 2 days. They said yes, but after 5 p.m. On the designated day, I arrived about 15 minutes after 5 pm, but no one responded to the bell. When I tried to call, no one answered. On the same day, I tried to ring and call again, after about an hour or an hour and a half. Again, no reaction.

We phoned the proprietor and made an appointment to pick up a bike for rental at 10 AM one day this week. We arrived at the house; no one home and the proprietor was not answering his phone. We called the alternate number - his partner - who knew nothing about the arrangement and could also not get a hold of him. The partner offered that he could meet us at 3 PM instead. No thanks. Nikdy vice!!
