Po telefonu vstřícnost a ochota a když jsem tam přijela, prodavačka mi rekla, ze to musí nechat na posouzení majitelce, jelikož je pasek noseny :-/ podotýkám, ze noseny opravdu nebyl. Jela jsem 20 km tam a 20 km zpět a tuto cestu budu absolvovat ještě jednou. Kvůli hloupým 500.- Jsem zvědavá, jak to dopadne. Dal baterku vzal peníze a vrátil. Děkuji Při návštěvě jiného hodináře o dva dny později že hodinky nefungují a je tam nová baterie se po otevření jen zasmál. Zda jsem na výměně nebyl v Tescu že tohle si všimne každý hodinář. So here are really professionals. Za týden to samé, opět zkrácen špatně (málo). Bylo mi řečeno, až následně telefonem, že mi bude úprava provedena za další poplatek. Celková cena byla 940 kč. Za zkrácení náramku a připevnění přívěsku. Což považuji za velmi drahé. I demanded the shortening of the gold bracelet. Bohužel jsem si při převzetí hodinky neprohlédl, abych nezdržoval frontu, která stála před obchodem. To byla ovšem má chyba. Píši mou zkušenost právě proto, aby se vám něco podobného nestalo. Hodinky mi nikdo neopraví a abych dostal např. výměnu baterie zdarma, mě nevytrhne. Naštěstí jsem nedal do rukou paní dražší náramkové hodinky. Battery replacement. O	Ondřej Čihák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomuto obchodu se určitě vyhněte. S názvem nad prodejnou nemají nic společného. Požadoval jsem po paní jen výměnu baterie v hodinkách. Službu udělala na počkání, to je fajn ale také na počkání poškrábala lunetu, nechápou proč při výměně paní poškrabe lunetu, vždyť se otevírají z druhé strany! Po půl roce výměna znova ale už jinde, kde jsem byl upozorněn, na neodbornou manipulaci se strojkem, uvnitř byl otisk prstu. Hodinky starý pět let bez jediného škrabance a teď… Be sure to avoid this business. They have nothing to do with the name above the store. I only asked the lady to change the battery in her watch.
