T	TomB “Maverick” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po výměně sklíčka na hodinách uvnitř drobné vlásky nebo kousky fousů. Opravdu nevím k čemu přirovnat, ale viditelně kazí dojem z pohledu na ciferník. Strašná nedbalost. Účtovali i nové stěžejky při nasazení řemínku. Staré byly ale v pořádku. Vybírají si za co můžete a nemůžete platit kartou. To mi přijde v dnešní době absurdní. Buď to jde nebo ne. Cenu za opravu hodinek si vymýšlí jak se jim hodí.‼️ Dala jsem si opravit dvoje hodinky, řekla mně cenu 250 za výměnu baterie tedy 500 za oboje. Při vyzvednutí chtěli 950, ‼️ navíc pouze hotově , že prý je tam vodotěsnost a oprava vypadlého kamínku. Když jsem řekla, že se je o to nikdo neprosil a práci navíc platit nebudu, řekli mi, že tedy vrátí hodinky do původního stavu - tedy, že kamínek odlepí a mám si přijít později ??. Nevěřila jsem vlastním uším,. Hodinky jsem si vzala, nechala jim hotovost 800 Kč, kterou jsem u sebe měla a odešla. Handrkují se o peníze někde na trhu. NEDOPORUČUJI , POKUD MŮŽETE, TOMUTO MÍSTU SE VYHNĚTE. Absolutely appalling behavior of the saleswoman. Reluctance, arrogance to customers in front of me and then to me. On the website they explicitly state that they provide complete watch service FOR ALL THE TYPES AND BRANDS of watches, clocks and alarm clocks. I called them to find out whether they can swap the crystal (which is a service listed on their website) in my Orient and they replied that the watchmaker has to see the watch to say anything. So I come to them, some really impolite lady asks me what do I want, I tell her that I want to install a crystal in the watch, she brings my watch and the crystal in a box to some guy chilling out on the couch in the back, who barely looks at the watch and declines. So she returns the watch to me and recommends going to authorized Orient dealer. I don't know whether it's what I want, but one thing I know for sure - I will never deal with these clowns ever again.
