Ceny doporučuji zkontrolovat hned, a ne až když s živým tvorem dorazíte domů. Beware of prices. They can change dynamically at the cash register. For example, Lysmata amboinensis at the e-shop 490 CZK, at the box office 790 CZK. I recommend checking the prices now, and not when you arrive home with the living creature.
K	K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Čekala jsem, ze to nebude nic moc. Ale todle bylo opravdu otřesné. Akvária špinavé, zanedbané, skoro žádné ryby. Asi jim uz vsechny pochcipali. Všude bordel, během naší 5minutove návštěvy nás ani nikdo nepozdravil. Zde bych si určitě nic nekoupila, natož si nechat zde navrhnout akvarium na míru, to může snad jen blázen. I expected it wouldn't be much. But this was really horrible. Aquariums dirty, neglected, almost no fish. I guess they all understood them all. Brothel everywhere, no one greeted us during our 5-minute visit. I would definitely not buy anything here, let alone have a custom aquarium designed here, maybe only a fool can do that.
R	Roxana Primeri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je super že mají na webu napsáno že si máte zobrazit co mají skladem...skutecnost je však úplně jiná...naprostá katastrofa,z živočichů nemají ani 5% z toho co deklarují na webu ,obsluhu nehodlám komentovat už jen to že zvonite je asi velmi obtěžuje, ani zájem něco koupit je nepřimeje k jakékoliv snaze vám něco nabídnout či doporučit natož prodat ...ceny koralu se jaksi střílí od boku ... Mohla jsem ale dopadnout ještě hůř a narazit na tu slečnu která kdyby tam nebyla vůbec tak by to vyšlo naprosto stejně... It's great that they have written on the web that you have to see what they have in stock ... but the reality is completely different ... a complete disaster, they don't even have 5% of what they declare on the web of animals, I'm not going to comment on the staff just that you ring them they probably bother you a lot, even the interest in buying something does not make them make any effort to offer you something or recommend it, let alone sell it ... the prices of coral are somehow shooting from the side ... But I could have ended up even worse and came across the young lady who, if she wasn't there at all, would have turned out exactly the same ...
P	Peter Hornak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl jsem od nich cely akvárijni set za cca 100 000Kč. Dvakrát jsem volal a prý se mi vždy ozve technik ale nikdo se nikdy neozval. Super přístup k zákazníkovi. I wanted from them the whole aquarium set for about 100 000CZK. I called twice and said I would always hear from a technician, but no one ever answered. Super approach to the customer.
F	František Franěk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na stránkách jsou krásné fotky, když obchod navštívíte,zjistíte pravý opak. V celém obchodě je na prodej ta 10 ryb,ostatní jsou zamluvené. Ceny jsou vysoké,na to co zde nabízí. Přál bych jim ať se k nim lidé rádi vrací,ale musí na tom zapracovat. Zatím budu jezdit do Kutné Hory na Pepinuv útes. Držím vám palce,rád bych se k vám vrátil. There are beautiful photos on the website, when you visit the store, you will find the exact opposite. There are 10 fish for sale in the whole shop, the others are booked. The prices are high for what it offers here. I wish people would like to come back to them, but they have to work on it. In the meantime, I will drive to Kutná Hora on Pepin's Cliff. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you, I'd like to come back to you.

Its OK but overpriced and not a very large selection, and don't expect to see any enthusiasm whatsoever from the staff working there – at all. I wanted to add that even though I come here regularly and spend quite a bit of money every time, the staff likes to let you know that you are bothering them by coming to the store... don't expect any "service mindedness here..." (especially from the 2 female employees) I would not come here if there were other choices near. This place makes money from servicing aquariums on premises, so they don't really care about the store... And that is a big mistake, if they would put a bit of energy and enthusiasm into the store, they could for sure be selling tons, also taking into account the store is based in Vinohrady. But I guess the owner is not the sharpest knife in the box...
