Hoffa je bar. Přímo v centru Prahy. Přesto ale si my tady v Hoffa baru na nic nehrajeme a nemluvíme o sobě v superlativech…
Jednoduše řečeno, chceme být místem pro vaši JÍZDU. Přesně takovou, jakou si ji představujete vy. Pořádnou – ať už to znamená cokoliv.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bar with a good selection of drinks and friendly and helpful staff. GT40 is highly recommended (could have had a bit more gin in it though). Just pick a seat facing the large windows and watch the old trams zoom by. Music that was playing while we were there was great too. Perfect for an early evening cocktail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, decent cocktail selection and food quality. Bad thing was that when I was there we waited almost two hours for our food to arrive. Place was full, but it isn't that big or is two hours ever acceptable. I would go again, on earlier time and only for cocktails.

So delicious food that I stopped eating just because I was so full I couldn't move ? A few glasses of mimosa and for 500 czk u have amazing Sunday! Cheers ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the bar and was looking at the menu on the wall and the bartender "yelled" at us that "we have a table service and you should sit at a table."
We sat and it took roughly 15 minutes for them to bring a menu(such a table service!). Then even more wait for couple of beers. Never have seen such a slow bar. Not to mention rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place looks good and the girl in charge does her best, but the waiter making the drinks is terrible. He is ultra slow (10 mintues just to serve a few shots) and more 20 minutes just so make a few "Cubatas" that they call it cocktail buts only the complicated recipe of a glass, ice, coke and rum.
We also tried other cocktails that we regreted from the first taste and were also warm.
For the last round we asked for some cubatas, we waited a lot and asked the girl for the drinks. She asked the waiter and he got angry and served the drinks 99% coke, 1% ice , 0,1% rum.
Until they dont change this waiter, this is a place to avoid. Probably u can order a bottled beer but its not a good place to enjoy good drinks with friends, family or date, as this guy can ruin it all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the location itself, they have a big variety of drinks and the bar looks very modern compared to lots of others in Prague.
Why I give 2 stars was mainly the poor service. We came inside and everywhere were tables with leftovers from guests. At that time included us there were maybe 10-12 guests and it was not busy at all.
If you are not able to clean the glasses right away its fine but you could at least store them behind the bar instead of leaving them everywhere on the tables.
Futher, it took quite long for us to get two drinks and the waitress was not really friendly. The cider was nice but I am not a fan of the gimlet on top of the card. When I didn’t give the waitress tip she refused to say goodbye or thank you - which is highly unprofessional to me. I give tip but not to bad service.
2 stars: nice ambiente, variety of drinks
-3stars: inefficient service, cold ambiente, everywhere leftovers from guests, long waiting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok, later edit because you asked for feed-back, for details: Not 5 stars because in busy nights (Friday Night, Saturday Night) no matter how much the staff is running around and how much effort they put, the waiting time just for drinks is outrageous. You just need the extra help for the busy nights, hire more people. If you aim for a great business you can not cut/save on staff. Except that, the place looks pretty nice, the cocktail offer is great, the actual staff is great and trying their best, so if you expect customers to not be cheap and start spending their money with pleasure, please do the same, don't be cheap, hire more people ;).
