Pro: * Lage der Unterkunft * Einrichtungsstyl mit Liebe Contra: * Kein Parkplatz an der Unterkunft.Verwiesen wird an eine öffentliche Nebenstrasse * Vermieter ist Klavierlehrer und gibt schon frühs Musikunterricht (kann recht nervig sein und nicht jedermanns Geschmack. Wurde natürlich nicht im Vorfeld erwähnt) * Bettwäsche muffig * Garten nicht nutzbar (ist mehrfach abgebildet und erweckt den Eindruck der Nutzung), jedoch als privat abgezäunt * Eckbadewanne als diese gar nicht nutzbar (bewusst ausgebauter Abwasserverschluss, damit nur die Wanne als Dusche genutzt werden kann. Auch hier bewusste Täuschung) * 100 € Kaution für eventuell anfallende Schäden (wurde nicht im Vorfeld kommuniziert) * Kein Backofen vorhanden wie in der Beschreibung angegeben (es war dann doch ein Weinkühler) * auch sind der Toaster und die Kaffeemaschine nicht auffindbar, die laut Angebotsbeschreibung vorhanden sein sollten * Geschirr dreckig im Schrank und teilweise sogar versifft * Unterkunft selbst tagsüber recht dunkel Basically, the accommodation was ok. However, false impressions are deliberately created with the photos and important information is not mentioned in advance. Per: * Location of accommodation * Furnishing style with love Cons: * No parking at the accommodation. You are referred to a public side street * The landlord is a piano teacher and gives music lessons early on (can be quite annoying and not to everyone's taste. Of course, it wasn't mentioned in advance) * Bedding musty * Garden not usable (shown several times and gives the impression of use), but fenced off as private * Corner bathtub cannot be used at all as this (deliberately removed waste water seal, so that only the bathtub can be used as a shower. Here, too, deliberate deception) * 100 € deposit for possible damages (was not communicated in advance) * No oven as stated in the description (it was a wine cooler after all) * also the toaster and the coffee machine cannot be found, which according to the description of the offer should be available * Dirty dishes in the closet and sometimes even filthy * Accommodation quite dark even during the day
