★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented an apartment, which was arranged by Michaela (Home Sweet Home) and are absolutely satisfied. The apartment is great, the contact was straightforward and we always got a quick answer with questions. In addition, we have even offered a larger apartment in the same house, for the same price - although we have already agreed to the smaller one. Unfortunately, as foreign students, we were not able to visit the apartment ourselves, so fortunately our expectations were completely fulfilled. We would therefore recommend Michaela Csizmárová at any time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The partner of this agency or whoever they are "DAVAT 13 s.r.o." are scamming their clients for money, threaten and force them to pay unnecessary payments. So if you gave them a pledge, you will never get it back. Don't do business with these scammers, me and my partners have already informed the police.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promises an available flat before a fixed date. Finally, it was not possible to have the flat in time.
Write a lease contract with a high number of outlaw conditions regarding to the Czech Civil code. As I refuse to sign it in this state, the lease was finally cancelled and they refuse to refund me back.
Claimed that they are not responsible of the lease contract even if it's written by them and were payed for writing it.
I highly DON'T recommend this amateurish real estate agency which is not aware of the Czech Civil code.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total disaster. One of the brokers has sent a threatening email and blackmailed us regarding our working permit. They also tried to illegally evict us in 10 days without any legal backgrounds, and without our consent.
Together with the broker, the landlord has entered our flat without any prior notice and without our knowledge, when we were outside the flat. They touched our stuff, few of them are missing and we have the evidence.
The company isn't replying to allegations either, they took our money and they aren't providing the service that I have paid for. We will be taking legal actions.
I advise anybody to stay away from this company, especially if you're a foreigner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would've given this company 10 stars but Google won't let me... So 5 stars for excellent service! Finding a flat through them was a breeze. Everything went smoothly. Mr. Vareka was so hands-on and made everything so easy for me. Whatever question I had, I instantly got a response. Excellent communication with him and the rest of the team. Everyone was so helpful. Thanks for finding me a lovely place to call home!
