★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sightseeing tour with bus and boat is very poor and boring.
They just take you around the city center and the castle and that’s it.
The boat is really BORING.
The women that works at the cabin in the old town square is a bit rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommend! Tha lady in cabin sold us a completly scam. She said that on boat we can find restaurant (they served only drinks), we can pay by card (they accept cash only), and they have many languages guides on board (guess what - only three languages from poor speakers, can't understand a word from them) I wish I read comments about that place before I bought tickets, completly waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to reserve on the website, lots of options to choose out of, depending on what you are interested (longer, shorter, more specific tours).
Maybe my mistake I couldn't pay online, however, even if the confirmation email says you need to arrive 1 hour earlier to pay at the booth, the guy there was helpful and friendly and accepted to keep my reservation regardless.
Also plenty of options for audio languages, which I was happy about, they provide new earphones. Overall a good experience, punctual and nice staff.

Nothing like in the rest of the world.
Martin Tours is one of the smaller ones with good audio, although 15 years outdated with their resources being told, still one of the better ones.
So If you are in the business or have a few million bucks laying around? Chances are here...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst tour I've ever paid for. Please, don't waste your money with this horrible company. The old lady who controls the tickets in this small cabin is extremely arrogant. The bus guide itself explains nothing. The boat... wow, the most boring tour in the world! Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were very happy with the 2 hour tour. The audio guide was precise and informative. It is available in 25 languages. We saw a lot of Prague's main sites and we stopped at the Castle for 45 minutes, which was enough for a quick stroll around the grounds. Overall, a good value for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the two hour tour, and they provide an audio guide in several languages. The bus stopped at the Prague Castle for 45 minutes to provide time to look around, and one can go into the front section of St Vitus cathedral for free, and walk to the plaza for a fantastic view of the city.
