★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moje zkušenost je na 15 hvězdiček, protože pan Kusák odvedl neskutečnou práci, když nám prodával naši nemovitost a zároveň nám sháněl byt v centru Brna dle našich parametrů. Poté, co jsme si vybrali náš nový domov, tak nám pan Kusák pomohl zajistil řemeslníky na celou rekonstrukci a osobně byl několikrát dohlížet na jejich práci. Naše původní nemovitost (dům na okraji Brna) prodal za vyšší cenu, než jsme původně vůbec plánovali. Ještě nikdy jsem se s takovou prací makléře nesetkala, absolutní profesionalita, disponibilita a hlavně empatie a pochopení ze strany pana Kusáka a celé kanceláře byla prostě k nezaplacení. Pokud se budete rozhodovat o spolupráci s nějakou RK v případě prodeje, pronájmu, koupě, prostě čehokoliv, tak tady jste absolutně na správném místě a bude o vás skvěle postaráno. Ještě jednou z celého srdce děkujeme
My experience is 15 stars, because Mr. Kusák did an incredible job of selling us our property and at the same time looking for an apartment in the center of Brno according to our parameters. After we chose our new home, Mr. Kusák helped us secure the craftsmen for the entire reconstruction and was personally supervising their work several times. He sold our original property (a house on the outskirts of Brno) for a higher price than we had originally planned. I have never encountered such work as a broker, absolute professionalism, availability and especially empathy and understanding on the part of Mr. Kusák and the whole office was simply priceless. If you decide to cooperate with an agency in the case of sale, lease, purchase, just about anything, then you are absolutely in the right place and you will be well taken care of. Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan makléř k nám od počátku přistupoval maximálně profesionálně. Ve všech našich požadavcích nám velmi ochotně vyšel vstříc. Kupovali jsme byt prozatím jako investici, vše proběhlo rychle a hladce. Po kolaudaci prakticky do týdne nám i do bytu našli velmi slušné a spolehlivé podnájemníky. Moc děkujeme a můžeme vřele doporučit spolupráci s touto RK.
Mr. Broker approached us from the beginning as professionally as possible. He was very willing to meet all our requirements. For the time being, we bought the apartment as an investment, everything went quickly and smoothly. After the approval, they practically found a very decent and reliable subtenants in our apartment within a week. Thank you very much and we can highly recommend cooperation with this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní makléřka velice příjemná, ochotná, milá, vstřícná. Vše proběhlo dle mých představ, od prohlídky bytu ,až po podepsání smlouvy a předání klíčů. Nemám co vytknout, proto hodnotím pěti hvězdami.
Mrs. broker very nice, helpful, kind, helpful. Everything went according to my ideas, from inspecting the apartment to signing the contract and handing over the keys. I have nothing to complain about, so I rate it with five stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for a viewing for one of their flats. Everything went well and my girlfriend and I said we'll take it, asked how much the fees are and with regards to the next steps.
We received a call from one of their agents to tell us it's all good and arrange a time to sign the contracts. He followed up with a call to my girlfriend asking her about my profession and nationality, which I find reasonable, only to follow-up with a text that the landlord does not want to rent to me because I am Greek, even though I was living for six years abroad already.
I can't blame them for the landlord, but we made clear I am a foreigner and never hid my nationality during the viewing. This was handled extremely poorly by them, telling us we got the flat before checking with the landlord. They also got my girlfriend's name incorrectly which is also unprofessional.
I wish I could recommend them because the viewing went great, but I am appalled after my experience.
