★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moje zatím nejhorší zkušenost s realitkou. Smlouva tak hrozně napsaná, že možná neplatná. Naprostá neochota, nedostupnost a ještě k tomu všemu vtípek, že provize tvoří nájem + energie a k tomu DPH.
My worst experience with real estate so far. The contract is so badly written that it may be invalid. Absolute reluctance, unavailability and, to top it all, the joke that the commission consists of rent + energy and VAT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neseriózne jednanie. Neustále rušenie prehliadok, problémy s komunikáciou. NEODPORÚČAM !!! Same problémy. Najhoršia Realitka.
Unserious behavior. Constant cancellation of tours, communication problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! Same problems. Worst Real Estate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amatéři. Po koupi jejich vlastního developerského projektu - špatná zkušenost. Nemovitost má vady a nedodělky, po skoro roce a pul urgence, nespolupracuji. Jen sliby, že projekt dotáhnout. Nyní druha zima - cast domu nemá žádné zatepleni. Atd.
