Unfortunately, Mrs Havranková and I have similar experiences. All the time we trusted what the real estate agent told us about the apartment and the house. That was actually the reason why we decided to look for sublease through real estate agencies and not on our own. We got to a nice apartment, but situated in a house in which reconstruction took place throughout the rental. When asked when the reconstruction of the house will take, we received an answer that it will end (construction has just begun). Finally, after 2 years of constant noise from drills and jackhammers almost every day since the early hours of the morning, deep dirt and dust, my wife and I couldn't stand it mentally and left for good. The last nail in the coffin was a clogged pipe, which the workers had to dig up and repair in front of the entrance (and which, by the way, they did again when repairing the road 4 months before), so you could feel sewage in front of the house and in the hall for about another 3 weeks. Not to mention the necessary installation of balconies and balcony doors, which we learned just after signing the Lease Agreement. Honestly, looking back on this very bad experience, I regret every single crown for the commission and the rent, which was set quite high at first. The worst thing for me is that everyone except us knew about the reconstruction. We tried it every day on our own skin. It is a pity that the corona came, which completely complicated the situation, and no busy and decent person has the time and means to move from day to day in addition to his usual duties. After such a bad experience, he has trouble trusting again, and yet, in certain professions, reputation is very important. So far, I don't understand why we had to go through this. Check everything.
