Když ptáčka lapali bylo vše OK, jak došlo na reklamace neskutečná arogance a výsměch typu: "Godelmann Vám byl drahý, tak se nedivte".. I can not recommend in any case! V březnu jsem objednal dlažbu ve firmě BEST, kde nám byl garantován termín 5 neděl a následně byl posunut až na začátek července, neustále výmluvy atd. Objednávku v BESTU jsem zrušil a u paní Frankové (HORKA STAVEBNÍ) jsem vybral jinou dlažbu, která nám byla doručena ve slíbeném termínu 14-ti dní, i když v daném období měli v Německu státní svátek. Jednoznačně doporučuji a pokud, že budu příště cokoliv realizovat, tak jedině s touto firmou, která si umí vážit zákazníků oproti mamutímu BESTU, kde jim to v zásadě je jedno, zda-li objednáte nebo zrušíte...Ještě jednou moc děkuji celýmu týmu. In March, I ordered paving in the BEST company, where we were guaranteed a deadline of 5 Sundays and then it was postponed until the beginning of July, constant excuses, etc. I canceled my order in BEST and chose another paving to Mrs. Franková (HORKA STAVEBNÍ) within the promised period of 14 days, even though they had a national holiday in Germany at that time. I definitely recommend and if I do anything next time, then only with this company, which can value customers compared to the mammoth BEST, where they basically don't care if you order or cancel ... Hned při příjezdu do stavebnin nás sám oslovil velmi solidně vypadající pán (později jsme se dozvěděli, že to byl přímo pan majitel), který s námi cca půl hodiny vydržel trpělivě procházet venku (teplota byla lehce nad nulou) různé vystavené typy dlažeb. Poté si nás převzal pan Škořepa, který náš zážitek z těchto stavebnin ještě umocnil - poradil a odpověděl na všechny dotazy, porovnal klady a zápory jednotlivých dodavatelů, podělil se s námi o jeho bohaté zkušenosti a i díky jeho radám jsme se posunuli při výběru dlažby o velký kus dopředu. Zcela upřímně a i po měsíci od návštěvy Stavebnin Horka v Úvalech u Prahy bych nadšeně hodnotil 6 hvězdičkami z 5, kdybych mohl :-) I have not experienced such a great pro-customer approach! On our arrival at the construction site we were addressed by a very solid looking man (later we learned that it was the owner of the house), who with us stood patiently for a couple of hours patiently outdoors (the temperature was slightly above zero) different exposed types of tiles. After that, Mr. Škořepa took over us, who even increased our experience of these constructions - he advised and answered all the questions, compared the pros and cons of the individual suppliers, shared with us his rich experience and thanks to his advice we moved on to select the tiles for the large piece forward. Quite sincerely and after a month from the visit of Stavebna Horka in Úvaly u Prahy, I would be excitedly rated by 6 stars out of 5 if I could :-)

Líbí se mi trpělivost a schopnost vést s klientem dialog, ačkoliv to s námi nebylo jednoduché. Výsledek je perfektní, hodnotím to po 4 letech od realizace terasy a schodů (obojí Godelmann). Stačí 1x ročně přejet vapkou a dlažba je pořád jako nová. I když vám to bude ze začátku připadat zbytečné, nechte se jako my přemluvit na spárovací hmotu Rompox - lépe to vypadá, dlažba krásně drží, žádný plevel ve spárách, ani louže stojící vody. Paráda. The result is perfect, I evaluate it 4 years after the implementation of the terrace and stairs (both Godelmann). Just run once a year, and the tiles are still new. Even if you find it unnecessary at the beginning, let us persuade us as we do the Rompox grout - it looks better, the tiles hold beautifully, no weeds in the joints, or puddles of standing water. Great.
