★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel mám velmi negativní zkušenost s výrobkem firmy Topstone. Instalace před 6 lety. Po první sezóně se začaly objevovat rezavé fleky. Bylo jich nespočet a všude. I na krytem místě pod střechou. Výrobce se omluvil , že tato šarže měla vadu (tzv.vyver manganu). Vyrovnání v podobě úhrady asi 600 Kč na 10 litru jedovaté kys.chlorovodikove. Práce jsme museli dělat sami. Do toho se objevil markantní úbytek kamínků. Začaly se povolovat a bylo nutne je vysávat. Za měsíc dva znovu a znovu. Výrobce poukázal na možnost neodborne instalace "naší" stavební firmou. Topstone dodal lepidlo na zalepení horní vrstvy. Další sezóna to samé. Jak fleky tak kamínky. Následuje již koupě (tuším se slevou) dalšího lepeni. A další kyselinu si již platíme sami. Další sezóna a to až po dnes ve stejném ražení. Tento výrobek nemohu doporučit.
Unfortunately, I have a very negative experience with Topstone. Installation 6 years ago. After the first season, rusty spots began to appear. There were innumerable and everywhere. Even in a sheltered spot under the roof. The manufacturer apologized that this batch had a defect (so-called manganese outflow). Compensation in the form of payment of about 600 CZK per 10 liters of toxic hydrochloric acid. We had to do the work ourselves. There was a significant loss of stones. They began to slack and it was necessary to vacuum them. A month and two again. The manufacturer pointed out the possibility of unprofessional installation of "our" construction company. Topstone supplied glue to seal the top layer. Next season the same thing. Both spots and stones. It is followed by the purchase (I think with a discount) of further bonding. And we're paying for the extra acid ourselves. Next season and up to today in the same driving. I cannot recommend this product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Při prvním náznaku problémů, jsem slyšel jenom výmluvy, ale žádná pomoc. Můj poslední nákup této značky. Výrobce to má na webu dané a přesto nejede vlak. Nakoupeno celkem 14ks penetrace na 47 cca M² využito 50% dalších 50% mi nebylo vráceno. Zvláště v dnešní době kdy nic není , tak aby byli rádi že vracím nevyužití materiál v originálním balením Nedoporučuji nakupovat ani objednávat výrobky TopStone !!!!
At the first sign of trouble, I heard only excuses, but no help. My last purchase of this brand. The manufacturer has it on the website and yet the train does not run. Bought a total of 14 penetrations for 47 approx. M² used 50%, another 50% was not returned to me. Especially nowadays when there is nothing, so that they are happy to return unused material in the original packaging. I do not recommend buying or ordering TopStone products !!!!
