T	The Kwitee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc pěkná chata: hodně místa, pěkné vybavení a krásný výhled. Mám asi jedinou námitku: sprchy nejsou oddělené, takže po túře je to celkem boj. Very nice cottage: lots of space, nice furnishings and beautiful views. I have only one objection: showers are not separate, so after a hike it is quite a fight.

Sjezdovky cca 800 m, dostupnost k chatě obtížnější, vzhledem ke kopcovitému terénu nutno mít zimní řetězy s sebou. Okolí chaty dobré i k bobování s dětmi. We spent a New Year's Eve stay with a bunch. Ideal for six families. Large common room, sauna, kitchen. Equipment stylish. Outlook super. Ski slopes about 800 m, more difficult to access to the cottage, due to the hilly terrain it is necessary to have winter chains with you. Surroundings of the cottage also good for bobbing with children.

Ráda se vracím na toto místo, kde kochání se výhledem z terasy je oblíbenou činností všech zúčastněných. Chata je velmi dobře vybavena. Bonusem je sauna a krb, které umožňují trávit na chatě velmi příjemné chvíle:) Velmi ochotný a příjemný personál. Doporučuji! Staying at the Mountain Cottage in Kouty is one of the most popular spring events. I like to come back to this place, where enjoying the view from the terrace is a favorite activity of all participants. The cottage is very well equipped. The bonus is a sauna and a fireplace that allow you to spend a very pleasant time at the cottage :) Very helpful and friendly staff. I recommend!
Z	Zina Zmelikova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ideální chata pro větší skupiny osob, rodiny s dětmi. Kompletně vybavená vším, co jsme potřebovali. Pokoje jsou ve třech patrech a tak se děti navzájem nerušily a rodiče večer mohli posedět v obývacím pokoji v přízemí. Navštívili jsme v létě i zimě a můžeme jen doporučit. Velmi dobrá komunikace s majiteli. Ideal cottage for larger groups of people, families with children. Completely equipped with everything we needed. The rooms are on three floors, so the children did not disturb each other and the parents could sit in the living room on the ground floor in the evening. We visited in summer and winter and can only recommend. Very good communication with the owners.

Dispozice je výborná ať už pro společný pobyt více rodin či firemní akci. Interiér je útulný, obložený dřevem, na atmosféře přidává také krb vytápějící společenskou místnost. K pohodě přispívá také sauna s přímým přístupem ven, což oceníte zejména v zimě. Unique cottage in a great location. On the hill near the forest is quiet, the terrace overlooks the entire valley. The layout is excellent whether for more families or corporate events. The interior is cozy, wood-paneled, and it also adds a fireplace to the living room. The sauna with direct access to the outside also adds to the comfort, especially in winter.

Skvele vyfoceny interier i exterier, lec prilis neodpovidal skutecnosti - zahrada v dobe nasi pritomnosti obehnana paskou kvuli vysazene trave, takze jsme ji mohli vyuzivat jen castecne,trampolina kvuli vysazene trave skoro padala ze svahu, z piskoviste trcely hrebiky (po nasi stiznosti majitele vsak sjednali napravu)a skluzavka s houpackou vypadaly jiz trochu ztrouchnivele. Takze pro hodne male deti uplne nedoporucuji.Koupelna jen jedna (ac tri sprchy)-ale pro 5-6 rodin trochu nedostacujici. Okoli je ale neprekonatelne a majitele na to bohuzel dost sazi. Cottage in a really beautiful place, surrounded by forests. Great photo of the interior and exterior, but it did not correspond to reality - the garden in our presence was surrounded by a strip due to planted grass, so we could use it only partially, the trampoline almost fell from the slope due to planted grass, nails stuck from our sandbox axle) and the swing slide looked a little rotten. So for many small children I do not completely recommend. Bathroom only one (and three showers) -but for 5-6 families a little insufficient. But the area is unbeatable and the owner is unfortunately quite so tired.
P	Pavel Černý on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chata je fantastická, na skvělém místě s bombastickým výhledem, suprové zázemí kolem chaty si děti v rámci možností užili. Nicméně chata díky společným prostorům skvěle sloužila i při špatném počasí. Zázemí nejen pro malé děti ale i pro ty mírně odrostlejší. Pokoje prostorné, chata čistá. Snad jen pozemek kolem chaty by mohl být širší, aby nebylo potřeba dětem pořád lovit míček z pod stráně. Ale vše vyřeší větší zásoba míčků. :-) Kdyby nám vyšlo ještě lepší počasí byl by pobyt dokonalý. The cottage is fantastic, in a great location with a bombastic view, the great facilities around the cottage were enjoyed by children as much as possible. However, thanks to the common areas, the cottage was great even in bad weather. Facilities not only for small children but also for the slightly older ones. Rooms spacious, cottage clean. Perhaps only the land around the cottage could be wider, so that the children do not have to keep catching the ball from under the slope. But a larger supply of balls will solve everything. :-) If we had even better weather, the stay would be perfect.
