K	Karolína Hůlková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roubenky jsou opravdu krásné místo na dovolenou.Strávili jsme zde týden v 8 lidech a dětech.Chata byla naprosto dostačující, bylo i fajn, že jsme s i přes hlučnější děti vzájemně neslyšeli a nerušili se.V každé roubence je vlastní sauna, dohromady je bazén a vířivka. Kuchyň je dobře vybavená.Okolí chaty také moc pěkné,trampolína,pro děti prolézačky(trochu nešikovně umístěné za roubenkou č.2,ale dá se..) Vše je kousek..do lesa,na nákup ve vedlejší vesnici, všude okolo spousty zajímavých míst k návštěvě. Pan majitel je vstřícný,i když trochu více opatrný, což by mohlo někoho odradit..možná i díky tomu ale roubenky i po 10 letech vypadají opravdu jako nové.. Mínus pro nás bylo to, že se za spoustu věcí ještě doplacelo-sauna,výřivka,dřevo na oheň, elektřina a plyn..nevím proč vše není započteno v konečné ceně.. Na konci pobytu nám pak pan majitel chybně naúčtoval plyn, nakonec se ale vše vysvětlilo. Rádi přijedeme znovu. The log cabins are a really beautiful place for a holiday. We spent a week here with 8 people and children. whirlpool. The kitchen is well equipped. The area around the cottage is also very nice, trampoline, climbing frames for children (a bit awkwardly located behind the log cabin No. 2, but you can ..) Everything is close to the forest, for shopping in the next village, all around a lot of interesting places to visit. Mr. owner is helpful, although a little more careful, which could discourage someone..maybe thanks to that, but the log cabins even after 10 years look really like new .. The minus for us was that a lot of things were paid extra - sauna, whirlpool, firewood, electricity and gas ... I do not know why everything is not included in the final price .. At the end of the stay, the owner incorrectly charged us the gas, but in the end everything was explained. We would love to come again.
M	Milan Sedlo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubytovani je na strankach a v popisu rozepsano jako ctyri samostatne pokoje, ale pocitejte ze jen dva (s prihmourenim oka tri) pokoje poskytuji nejaky ubytovaci standart. Posledni pokoj je v podkrovi, ke kteremu vedou mlynarske schody a v tomto pokoji se ani nepostavite, jak je nizky. Do pokoje jak pisi vedou tyto neprilis prakticke a bezpecne schody, ktere konci "pristupovou dirou", ktera NEJDE uzavrit. Takze pokud mate male deti, budete se neustale bat, aby vam nespadli dolu. Co se tyce vybaveni kuchyne, sprch, sauny atd. tak je vse v poradku. Samozrejme zase az na to, ze virivka pres leto nebezi (ikdyz se inzeruje?). Takze kdyz je na horach v lete treba i 10stupnu, a nebo se chcete vecer venku ohrat tak mate smulu. Co se tyce majitele, je na nem videt, ze uz to dela dlouho a mozna by potreboval zase trosku spadnout na zem, vcetne jeho sestry, ktere nejaky profesionalni pristup nerika vubec nic. Celkove to odpovida obrazu cele oblasti. Natazena ruka, zaplatte, hlavne po nas nic nechtejte. Neprijedete vy, prijede tisic dalsich. Abych tady nevypisoval romany: chteli po nas zaplatit roztrzenou sit u trampoliny, kterou uz jim zaplatila skupina pred nama. To, ze jsme tuto sit nerozrhli, kdyz uz ubyla zaplacena minulou skupinou :-) je nejak moc nezajimalo. Za to, ze jsme jim vysolili skoro 40tycek za tyden a na konci nas pranyrovali jako mala decka, jim musim poslat aspon tuto skvelou recenzi. Treba to bude pro nekoho v budoucnu prinosne. Ps. o venkovni kamere, ktera na vas 24hod denne miri nebyla take nikde zminka. Accommodation is listed on the pages and in the description as four separate rooms, but feel that only two (with three eyes) rooms provide some accommodation standard. The last room is in the attic, which leads to the mill stairs, and in this room you do not even stand as low. As they write, these not very practical and safe stairs lead to the room, which ends with an "access hole" that CANNOT be closed. So if you have small children, you will always be careful not to fall down. As for the equipment of the kitchen, showers, saunas, etc., everything is fine. Of course, again, except that the whirlpool is dangerous during the summer (even if it is advertised?). So if you need 10 degrees in the mountains in the summer, or you want to play outside in the evening, you're unlucky. As for the owner, it can be seen that it has been going on for a long time and he may need to fall to the ground again, including his sister, who has no professional approach at all. Overall, this corresponds to the image of the whole area. Outstretched hand, pay, especially leave nothing for us. You will not come, thousands more will come. So that I don't write novels here: they wanted to pay us for a torn net at the trampoline, which the group in front of us had already paid for. The fact that we didn't schedule this network, when it was already paid for by the last group :-) is somehow not very interesting. Because we salted them almost 40 times a week and in the end they fished us like a little kid, I have to send them at least this great review. Maybe it will be beneficial for someone in the future. Ps. about the outdoor camera, which is peaceful for you 24 hours a day.

The owner is just there for a quick buck and will make you pay for the energy bill on the top of the high renting price of the place. As for the build quality, if you have kids, no need to worry about bringing a monitoring system, as you can hear everything there, heating system is having a mind of its own, one day the main corridor will be a fridge, the second, it will be an oven. There are real luxurious chata around, so, avoid this one
