Leider war das Apartment eine andere Adresse als in der Buchung, sodass es doch nicht wie geplant möglich war zu Fuß zum Skigebiet zu kommen. Die Flurgarderobe war defekt, im Bad gab es kein Schloss, in unserem Zimmer gab es nur eine Gardine, die das Fenster nicht komplett abgedeckt hat. Es war also nachts nicht komplett dunkel, die Lichter waren hell und jeder konnte ringsum reinschauen. Eine Mängelanzeige wurde nicht bearbeitet. Die Gardinenstange war nur in die Wand gesteckt und kam uns entgegen. Die Heizung konnte man nicht selbst steuern und wir haben gefroren. Eine Bitte, dass die Heizung höher gedreht werden soll, ging raus, aber es passierte nicht viel. Das Wasser war abends zum Duschen nur lauwarm und roch stark nach Clor. Nicely decorated. Great view and valley. Unfortunately, the apartment was a different address than in the booking, so it was not possible to walk to the ski area as planned. The hall wardrobe was broken, there was no lock in the bathroom, there was only a curtain in our room, which did not completely cover the window. So it was not completely dark at night, the lights were bright and everyone could look around. A notification of defects was not processed. The curtain rod was only stuck into the wall and came towards us. You couldn't control the heating yourself and we were freezing. A request that the heating should be turned up went out, but not much happened. The water in the evening was only lukewarm and smelled strongly of Clor.
