★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásný hotel, poloha, velmi vstřícný a ochotný personál. Ochota zdaleka přesahuje rámec běžných povinností. Příjemný wellnes, chutné jídlo. Určitě se vrátíme :-)
 Beautiful hotel, location, very helpful and helpful staff. Willingness goes far beyond normal duties. Pleasant wellness, delicious food. We will definitely be back :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jen, co jsme vešli, všechen personál se nás usmíval a panovala tam po celý náš pobyt přátelská atmosféra. Jídlo, které jsme celý víkend měli, bylo naprosto famózní. 30ti lidem chutnalo úplně všechno! To jsem ještě nezažila. Děkujeme za úžasný zážitek a těšíme se na příště!!
As soon as we entered, all the staff smiled at us and there was a friendly atmosphere throughout our stay. The food we had all weekend was absolutely famous. 30 people liked everything! I haven't experienced that yet. Thank you for an amazing experience and we look forward to the next time !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeden z najlepších pobytov, ake som kedy zažil a to som navštívil už mnoho rezortov. Dokonalá reštaurácia, neuveriteľný prístup majiteľa a personálu, ktorí sa o nás postarali ako nikto. Fakt úžasný individuálny prístup. Nedá mi vypichnúť luxusný wellnes a izby. Všetko čisté, krásne upravené. Doporučujem všetkými 10timi. Škoda, že nie ne viacej hviezdičiek! ?
One of the best stays I've ever had and I've visited many resorts. Perfect restaurant, incredible approach of the owner and staff who took care of us like no one. Really amazing individual approach. It does not give me a touch of luxury wellness and rooms. Everything clean, beautifully decorated. I recommend it to all 10. Too bad no more stars! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moderní, útulný hotel s výbornou dostupností skiareálu. Zastávka skibusu přímo před hotelem. Pokoje čisté, vše funkční, pohodlné postele a kvalitní lůžkoviny. Velká pochvala patří obsluze restaurace a kuchaři - jídlo bylo vždy vynikající. Za zmínku stojí také prostorné luxusní privátní wellness. Ocenili jsme vlastní parkoviště hotelu s více než dostatečným počtem parkovacích míst.
Modern, cozy hotel with excellent access to the ski area. Ski bus stop right in front of the hotel. Rooms clean, everything functional, comfortable beds and quality bedding. Great praise goes to the restaurant staff and the chefs - the food was always excellent. It is also worth mentioning the spacious luxury private wellness. We appreciated the hotel's own car park with more than enough parking spaces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásný resort v Krušných horách s moderním vybavením, neuvěřitelně milý personál v restauraci i na recepci a ochotný pan ředitel. Resort jsme navšívili v rámci firemního výjezdu a byli jsme naprosto spokojeni. Za bonus v resortu považuji wellness, zázemí s kulečníkem, šipkami a fotbálkem, pingpongový stůl a krásné venkovní posezení na terase nebo u ohniště s výhledem do okolní přírody. Velká pochvala kuchaři za skvělé rauty, jídlo bylo opravdu výborné. Mnohokrát děkuji za profesionální přístup a vstřícnost a doporučuji místo navštívit!
A beautiful resort in the Ore Mountains with modern equipment, incredibly nice staff in the restaurant and at the reception and a helpful director. We visited the resort during a company trip and we were completely satisfied. I consider the wellness, facilities with billiards, darts and football, a ping pong table and beautiful outdoor seating on the terrace or by the fireplace overlooking the surrounding countryside to be a bonus at the resort. Great praise from the chef for great banquets, the food was really great. Thank you very much for your professional approach and helpfulness and I recommend visiting the place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New, modern and yet simplicitic (in Nordic style) accommodation 3 min drive from Klinovec Ski Center. The restaurant is fantastic- food tastes very good. What we appreciated is that there is kid's corner/ playroom at the restaurant and many toys available for the little guests. Rooms are big (above standard) and beds are comfortable. We would love to come back in the summer!
