M	Marek Bischof on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednali jsme si pokoj, hned druhy den jsme to ale museli zrusit, psali ze je zruseni zdarma 13 dni predem, zrusili jsme to 15 dni predem a dostali jsme mail ze penize nam vraceni nebudou, za mne jednoznacne palec dolu. Tento penzion rozhodne vubec nedoporucuji. Zlodejina! We booked a room, but the next day we had to cancel it, they wrote that the cancellation is free 13 days in advance, we canceled it 15 days in advance and we received an email that the money will not be returned to us, for me clearly an inch down. I definitely do not recommend this guest house at all. Thief!
T	Thomas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfache Betten / Zimmerausstattung. Die Geimanschaftsduschen und Toiletten sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war schlicht. Es gab nur Instantkaffee. Die Wiener Würstchen bestehen aus puren Fett. Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Preis / Leistung für Übernachtung fand ich nicht stimmig. Simple beds / room facilities. The community showers and toilets are very clean. Breakfast was simple. There was only instant coffee. The Wiener sausages consist of pure fat. Hosts were very friendly. I found the price / performance ratio for the night to be inconsistent.

Umyvadlo pro osobní hygienu na pokoji, toalety a sprchy na patře. Parkování taky v pohodě před penzionem. Zapomněl jsem si tam mobil a vyřízení s odesláním na mou adresu bylo bezproblémové. Pleasant and helpful people, the guest house was clean. Beds comfortable. Diet cool, dinner garlic soup and meat with french fries breakfast scrambled eggs cream puff tea. Washbasin for personal hygiene in the room, toilets and showers on the floor. Parking is also cool in front of the house. I forgot my cell phone there and processing it to my address was trouble-free.

Die Kinder rennen bis spät Nachts durch die Flure, die Eltern sind sturtzbetrunken und urinieren vor die Tür. Auf Anfragen nach Nachtruhe bekommt man nur ein müdes Lächeln.....der Umsatz geht halt vor. Schlimm, nicht zu empfehlen! Und das noch für mehr als 90€ pro Nacht. Worst accommodation ever. Below is a restaurant and the hordes of Czech holidaymakers are reminiscent of Sodom and Gomorrah. The children run through the corridors until late at night, the parents are dead drunk and urinate in front of the door. When asked for a good night's sleep, you only get a tired smile... Turnover comes first. Bad, not recommended! And that for more than 90€ per night.

Pleasant owners. Simple accommodation, shared toilets and showers always perfectly clean. The food is excellent. Ski bus stop at the door, Klínovec 5 minutes. Thanks.
