Never again. They are delivering a consignment more than 1 month. And I am not one with the same experience. Many people from Czech will never buy there anything again. I think this review was written by themself. Very bad service. One star because I must place minimum one.

I came across this store while doing some post-pandemic online shopping. I own a cottage outside of Prague and do not like to drive, therefore, I ordered plants online for the first time. I placed two separate orders. The first order were mostly fruit trees, I was very pleased with it so I placed a second order and I went crazy and order over 50 plants. It took a long time to arrive and when the plants arrived, they were only part of the whole order, and the plants were not healthy at all, they were completely dried out. I reached out to them via e-mail and after sending them pictures of the sad dying plants, they offered me a full refund without having to send back the plants. Product Variety: this is one of the main reasons I like this store, they have an extensive variety of plants, some of them which you cannot find in big stores like OBI, Bauhaus, etc. I purchased an apple tree that is a rarity. Also, keep in mind that the plant you will get will not look like the one in their pictures. Product price: more expensive than the big stores, but you get a bigger and better variety. I mean, who wants to have the same plants as your neighbours? Delivery: this is by far the worst. It took a very long time for them to deliver the plants. Also, when the driver called for direction, he was not happy that my cottage house was located far away from the main road. I think they should consider changing courier. Customer support: great, they will answer you better via e-mail than by phone. They are also very quick in responding. Overall, I will purchase from them again, not only because I will always try to support local companies, but because of their plant selection, and great customer support.

Hello, Please solve this problem for me. I've been waiting for so long to get the answer but it seems to be delayed longer so I will leave a review here until it's solved. I've ordered 7000 CZK from you since I believe your company is reliable but what I received are these rubbish plants. I was really asking many times for the solution for this so not to hurt your business. I sent them back already but still keeping some broken (almost at the root), wilted plants and try to make them survive and only ask for really damaged plants which I sent back but I need your responsibility for giving me such almost dead & unhealthy, mouldy plants too. They were captured right after I received it just one day. I will keep this to warn other until we have proper solution from you. Thank you!
