It is closer to Mlčechvosty station, but it is very large for one town as small as Vraňany. No matter, it's a good station

I practically grew up at the railway station in Vraňany. This station did not have a second platform, but it was full of flowers. The station lived day and night. Moving and assembling sets went here continuously. There was a buffet with delicious ice cream, 24-hour ticket sales, 2 waiting rooms, a dormitory for staff and luggage storage. Then it occurred to someone that modernization was needed and they built an ugly box next to the original building, from which cheapness and fuss can be felt all the way to the neighboring village. With the change of economy, the decline of the station began. Today, this beautiful building is in danger of being demolished. Unnecessarily. I think that our village would be better served by the historic building of the railway station than by the shabby panel box. Why not dispose of a pile of reinforced concrete and invest in the restoration of a beautiful ancient building. There would be plenty of room for current technology. It just wants to invest in the right direction and not waste money on nonsense.
