C	Christian Breinholt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a hostel without any restaurant facilities. The owner is a very friendly and helpful lady communicating well in English. Prior to our arrival we were in contact on Whatsapp. There is a breakfast place close by. There is a wonderful balcony over the river. Sitting here enjoying the shade, a puf of air now and then cooling your down. And if course the constant sound from the small water fall (a weir) close by.
R	Roey Lange on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zdenka was the best, friendliest host I've ever had, both in Air bnb and hotels all together. The place is really nice, pretty clean and has the most beautiful view from The balcony since it's right next to the river. What the place might lack in big space it covers up by it's amazing hosts. The name might fool you since this is no ordinary hostel. You'll get a room all to yourself rather than sharing it , all the beds are comfortable and apart from the bathroom you won't notice the other people staying there. On top of all that, the house is actually 200 years old, and although it was renovated it still has a really unique atmosphere. I'd most definitely recommend you to stay at Zdenka at hostel Skippy since it is the liveliest place in Cesky Krumlov! P.S - if you're lucky you'd also hear Zdenka preforming at the Strojovna Krumlovsky Mlyn (she's absolutely great), and I'm almost 100% sure she'd love to sing with you when staying at the hostel too.
E	Ehsan Sanaei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location, amazing host and cheap price. This hostel has 3 rooms to rent and a shared bath but you won't feel any crowd. The highlight is the balcony and the bedroom with the river view which is WOW!
D	Daniel McAlorum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less of a hostel more of a cabin on a river. Host is very friendly and accommodating. Dorm room was organized out well with comfortable beds. The pillows need to be replaced. The bathrooms are extremely small. No proper showers. There is no common area to socialize. Decent place to sleep, bad place to meet people. Overall it was just ok.
K	Katrina Murray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite hostel ever, felt so homey! Fabulous owner, adorable property, and one amazing view from the porch looking over the river! If you get a chance to go see the lovely proprietor sing with her band, definitely do it. I slept very comfortably in the bed, the main bath has a great tub with a skylight, and the location is perfect. Great little Cafe just steps away called Kafrina which has a wonderful breakfast.
O	Olivia Tarasewicz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skippy Hostel is a truly wonderful place to stay while in Cesky Krumlov. Skippy is a great host and I felt very welcome in her place. The hostel is right on the river and you can go for a swim any time to cool off. The hostel is very cozy and clean. The terrace outside hangs over the river and is a great place to chill. I also met some wonderful fellow travelers while staying there. The price is very reasonable and it's located very near the centre (about a 4 minute walk). If you're looking to create lasting memories, stay with Skippy!

I was hiking on Austria German border September, temp had crashed low, left uk 20c here 10c . My son got married in Prague to beautiful Czech girl. I spent 10days here trekking mountains. Last visit Prague was Autumn 2019, beautiful memories, great beer too, dark or blonde!!!
