★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Začít krásný den cvičením hot jógy je bomba. Cvičení je sestavené tak, že i když do toho jdete naplno, tak vás to nezničí, ale nabije energií. Nějakou dobu samozřejmě trvá, než člověk přijde na to, o čem každý cvik je a jaký je jeho benefit. A po delší době zase přijde na to, že nějaké cviky už nikdy neudělá když začal cvičit ze zdravotních důvodů až po padesátce.?
A teď je studio po krásné a zdařilé rekonstrukci.

From my first class till I continued on my journey I was welcomed into the studio - you can feel the energy.
The classes are led by Professionals and the Vibe is awesome. Outside and Inside !
The studio and changing facilities are immaculate.
I learned a lot / thanks greatly for teaching in English too, and, assist in adjustments to suit was really appreciated.
Keep up awesomeness guys, and I hope to be in your country / city again I will definitely be back.
