I was impressed with the hotel's food. It's really good and quite cheap.
The service is very good. The people there are friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for 7 nights over Christmas and loved it. This is our second stay here and we noted there have been several improvements to the hotel. Staff are wonderful and were so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for staff here. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable, pillows are perfect! The free wifi is fast and has a strong signal. Breakfast is included and a good variety of hot and cold choices...it is very generous with various options to choose from. Bila Ruze is excellently located and you can walk to all the local shops and restauranrs.
Bila Ruze is excellent value for money and we would recommend it for a quiet stay and to be very well looked after....we would certainly stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok stay in centre. Breakfast was very good and ok rooms albeit a bit strange set up. Main things I did not like are not having possibility to check out later than 10 (after a wedding), the church next door that goes crazy with 10 minutes of ringing in the morning and finally that we when asking for an iron we were requested to pay per 2 hours and they didn't even have an iron board. Otherwise decent stay.
