Children have to wait longer than their parents just to get something to drink!
I hope the restaurant will become a chance to get a better one but I think that just will be possible with a better personal system.!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is okay but overall not so pleasant for example when I asked for my trout fillet to have less salt and oil, the waitress's facial expression appeared as though we were bothering her. Foods and drinks took too long to be served. The first drinks were served relatively fast and the mixed dark and light beer tasted great. We also ordered soup and main courses and the waitress did not even bother to serve the soup until we asked a waiter to serve us the soup first after waiting for 20 minutes. The beef soup was served to us cold which was really unpleasant. Luckily the soup still tasted delicious cold. After waiting very long for more than 40 minutes, the main course finally arrived. The foods were served lukewarm and the spicy pork meats was tough and the grilled trout was not so delicious. Only the American potatoes were very hot. They took too long just to serve us foods of mediocre level. The foods here tasted worst than homecook foods in my opinion. Later when I ordered one more beer and they didn't even serve it after 10 minutes. I had to cancel the beer because I was already finishing my food. Overall a very disappointing experience and this is the first and definitely the last visit ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, we arrived at the restaurant at 2000. We spotted a table marked as reserved for 1930. Seen the delay on the reservation time, we sit and waited for the service. A waitress soon arrived and asked us to leave as the restaurant was fully booked. We felt as extremely rude. In a town like Strakonice with so few places where to get out, such a catastrophic service is a real shame for our quality of life!
