Lovely, quaint hotel. Beautiful and quite. Our room was very nice, bathroom roomy and shower is nice. Only a short walk from the city square.

Room ok but very cold welcome. The breakfast is really disapointing. Orange juice is just the name but the taste is like a soap. Almost nothing else to eat at 8am and when you ask they say you’re the penultimate customer ...

We had a quick dinner at the restaurant and it was surprisingly good, the cook must be highly qualified. The staff was extremely kind, they not just let our dog to enter, but they brought her water. Thanks.

I am sincerely not sure what was the worst thing about this place... the horrible, very VERY bad cooking (worse than any ordinary low cost tavern), the exorbitant prices, the old, cheaply decorated tables literally next to the toilets, the incompetent and defiant staff, the dead, half-dried roses as decoration, the cheap bad wine sold at bloated prices (and lack of a wine list) or the overall feel that this place is just a nightmare black hole of gastronomic horror lost forever from the reality of any decent establishment. To say that the chef didn't know even how to cook basic things (watery undercooked rice, burnt gummy liver, plum sauce that tasted like cheap marmalade, badly done meat, etc.) would be an understatement. To order wine, you have to get up, take a good look into a badly lit old piece of furniture full of stacked bottles and wait until the waiter checks the price at the bar computer. We waited for more than 30 minutes for every dish, and had to return all but one of them. Honestly, listing all the negatives would be impossible, and I can't really think about only one positive. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place. Even with the very limited gastronomical offer the city has, you will do better by visiting just about any of the other pubs and restaurants.

I've lived several years in Central/Eastern Europe and this is probably one of the worst value for money I have ever had. As too often in Czech Republic, it looks posh, you pay accordingly... and all the rest is poor, not least the service: -Inexperienced staff (kind but appeared to me like the cheapest overworked students) hardly speaking any foreign language and with little idea how to deal with customers in this price-category (79€/$100 is high-range out of Prague). -Virtually no breakfast (at least when you come 30 min before it is supposed to end... maybe fine at 8am?). -Non functioning television. The kind of "wellness" spot where you won't relax as they just don't care :-/

Great restaurant with delicious food and relaxing atmosphere. One may order something extraordinary like snail ragout, as well as Cesaer salat and deer. All the dishes we've tried were delicious.

We stop here when in town. Food was delicious and very generous portions. The service is also ok. Slightly higher prices for the region but good quality, so worth it. The Caesar salad had little bit too much dressing

Nice hotel, well placed. Room was clean and warm. Excellent restaurant, fair prices. Service was good and quick enough. As usual excellent Czech beer! I will return, that's sure!
