Hotel Bouček - Velké nám. 108

Byli jsme ubytování na dvě noci. Měli jsme s dcerou větší pokoj s pěknou koupelnou. Pokoj rodičů měl koupelnu horší a pokoj menší. Schody do patra nejsou moc pro osoby s omezeným pohybem. Restauraci jsme nevyužili. Jen snídaně v ceně, ve vedlejším hotelu La Fresca.

Dle mého názoru čekat na jídlo přes dvě hodiny....a jídlo nic moc ...možná by jsem změnil hvězdičky na dvě. Katastrofa raději běžte jinam. Polívka vývar jen teplý.. další jídlo Hamburg průměr...fakt ne. Nedoporučuji.a dávejte si pozor aby vám neuctovaly pití navíc. Kdyby to šlo tak bez hvězdy. Vyhněte se obloukem. Kuchař drzý.

Již třetí návštěva místní restaurace a vše v naprostém pořádku. Obsluha hbitá, profesionální, inteligentní (hlavní pilíř podniku). ?. Jídlo opět velmi chutné (vařené, smažené , salát). Nechápu negativní recenze. Děkujem za pohoštění, vrátíme se znovu. ???

The restaurant is great. Around 120-180 czk for main meals.

The soup was excellent, the rest of the food was mediocre, not worth the price we paid for it Kroměříž is a very lovely town, but don't go there if you want to have a nice meal...

The staff was ignoring us sitting at the garden table until I got inside and asked for menu, then I was given the card to bring it out myself(!) The waiter was wearing shorts an T-shirt - not really what you expect in the 4 star hotel restaurant? The food was OK, but it took long to obrain it.

Very poor organisation and communication from staff. The stay was a present for our mum and we arranged a restaurant voucher to be waiting for her upon her arrival. I had confirmed all of that with the hotel 2 days prior her arrival. When she was checking in, nobody knew how she was supposed to pay, talking about some discounts, but no signs of a food voucher. When the receptionists were questioned about the voucher later on the day, they came up with excuses, that it was forgotten at their home in Napajedla in a locked drawer!!!! and it would be presented the next day... (Really??) Mentioning mixed-up order of a dessert that evening seems quite irrelevant. The voucher was presented next day, my mum mentioned that they would most probably redeem it at dinnertime. When they came for dinner at about 19:10, they were told, that restaurant was closed (opening hours till 22:00). Eventually they were provided with food though. Breakfast hours on Monday were different, however they had not been communicated and my mum arrived about 15 mins after hours. Again, they were eventually provided with the food. Breakfast is plated and no menus available. One receprionist (whi seemed to be doing everything there) listed items she just could remember at that time. Avoid room 10, horrible view. It looked like there were no other guest at the hotel but still, the room with the worst view was provided. We would not consider staying again, and we do not recommend this hotel.
