Good service. Clean and fresh. The rooms are very big, mine was looking towards the sqare. Very good breakfast, it is possible to order eggs or omlet.

Staff as kind and competent as could be. We only ate there, but the food was wonderful and the outdoor view is the best in town. Try the bread and potatoe dumplings with perfectly sauteed red cabbage and mushroom soup.

A smaller hotel located directly on the square. The room was spacious, well-equipped, clean and quiet. Bed was confortable. The style of the room was very nice. The staff was helpful and nice. Hotel has a free wifi. There is also a nice reastaurant directyl in the hotel. The price for the hotel was good. Overall, we were very satisfied.

Historic building that is now a hotel...great rooms and very good restaurant...set in the center you have great view of the square. The owner and his wife always make you feel at home and welcome to be there. I have been using this hotel over the past 6 years for business trips...great place

Very friendly and beautiful hotel! I also wanted to share pictures of my stay around La Fresca! The hotel staff was amazing and I highly recommend anyone visiting Kromeeiz to stay here... I will be back again!

I booked a room in Hotel la Fresca to attend a workshop held in Kromeriz. My SO came along with me. I booked in La Fresca because of its affordable price, great location, and it having the best restaurant in Kromeriz, based on a previous visit two years ago. To my dismay, arriving this summer, we found out that they closed their restaurant. They did include breakfast. This consisted of a table with charcuterie (ham, bacon, cheese), a selection of few breads and desserts, packets of butter and cream cheese, and an occasional fruit. Each day they had cooked eggs in a different manner, so you could have fried eggs or boiled eggs, but they were not made to order when you got there. We were quickly turned off by the breakfast because although it is held in the hotel lobby, the lobby is open to the outside, so flies get in and fly over the breakfast. When we arrived to our room the first night, the A/C was not working, despite having booked a room with A/C. Though to give the hotel some points, they were kind enough to give us a discount for the troubles that night, and switch our rooms the next night and for the remainder of our stay, to one with a working A/C. They also helped us print our train tickets, and call a taxi to the train station. In short, this is probably not the best hotel in Kromeriz, but it has a good price and location.

As Pro, I would mention, that hotel is clean and nice place to stay, however if you expect 4* star service you will be dissapointed. Checking lasted 20 minutes, in which we were not only told, we had not booked any room, but also mistaken with few info. However, this hotel has a nice menu a info for guests, for instance wifi password didnt work, and after ordering gin tonic, we were told they had not enough ingredients. Breakfast was an absolute disaster- coffee machine didnt work and needed cleaning every time, we were there. Eggs were cold ( after 10 mins, we got new one, which were better). Pancakes, which were cooked 2 hours before our arrival to breakfast( 8-9 am), we could not even cut them ( 30 Mins to get new) Definitely not 4*, not even 3* service, which this hotel provided. This review should not be aimed at poor staff, who was doing their best moreover, amateurish management. Management if you are reading this please at least buy a new coffee machine and dont let breakfast waitresses cook, check in guests and run between guests. That is not job, for one person.

Nice hotel overall. However it could have been better. Overnight reception not there. Hairdryer didn't work and the room wasn't cleaned when I indicated 'Make my room' card on the door. But still the receptionist apologised which I appreciate. The breakfast was alright. I loved the macarons, nice touch. Overall 3 stars well deserved.
