The breakfast could be better, but the location and rooms are top. I can recommend you to visit it.

We had 1 night booking + 25 EUR voucher for the wellness area via Jochen Schweizer there. It was our first time in CZ, the hotel is beautiful and we thought it's a nice place to meet CZ. After the booking (4 month before the stay) we asked several times to book the wellness area, but no reply. We asked again for it, but again no reply. We understood, the hotel is not interested to offer us this area, because we are just for a night there. After our arrival, there was a very friendly guy at the reception, we got information (we even didn't mention this issue) that the wellness area is overbooked, what a surprise! Instead of our 25 EUR voucher we got a bottle of sparkling wine. In the hotel we saw few couples, it was impossible. To show us their nice service, we got a room with a view to the parking area, really beautiful. We had no comfortable feeling the whole time. So we were not interested to stay in the restaurant (the card was just in CZ, no English) and this was our first and last time.

Had a late lunch on Sunday afternoon and left with mixed feelings. Price-wise and with its apperance this place aspires almost to fine dining, but does not deliver on that promis. Firstly, the service was really weak, there were several young waitresses that not only failed follow basic rules of etiquette (an elderly lady receives the menu before the younger men) but also uttered all sentences with complete ignorance and lack of emotion. The food was good, we had honey duck with red cabbage and potatoe pancakes, but not outstanding. The meat was real tender but the pancakes was too soft and soaked with the the cream from the cabbage. Seemed that the locals like the place a lot - the outside seating was fully occupied. And the location is nice as well - overlooking Usti. But there is still much to be improved for this place to deserve a detour on your journey.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! We went to the restaurant for dessert and drinks after our meal in town. We are a group of 5, 2 are from Czech who live in the US now and the rest are from the US. We came in with masks (no staff had any mask or COVID precautions) and we're sat at a table. After viewing the menu for a little a man server (grey beard) came and asked to see our vaccine cards. We all pulled out our vaccination cards as well as our passenger card QR codes that we filled out to enter the country. After his system "wasn't working" to scan our QR codes he proceeded to go on and on about why he couldn't serve us but none of it made sense. He wouldn't accept our vaccination cards or our paperwork that was REQUIRED to enter the country. We have had NO problem eating at any other restaurants, going into any other places in Prague and the surrounding cities we have visited. He was rude and kept speaking for 20 minutes while we could have just left and gone somewhere else for drinks and desserts. By the time we left everything else was closed. On the way out of the restaurant a lady who was seated stopped the waiter to try and help us, she was from the UK... mind you the UK is considered a COVID HOT SPOT RIGHT NOW! And the US is not!!! Super disappointed in the staff for their lack of knowledge and how rude the waiter was. Wasted our time for no reason. If you're from the US don't waste your time coming here, you'll have to wait 20 minutes listening to BS just to be turned away.

The very first restaurant in Ústecky district satisfied me and my girlfriend. Actually surprised us. Degradation-menu we had was delicious and for a reasonable price. Therefore, I strongly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent hotel, especially for the price. The location on top of the mountain guarantees nice views, but once the aerial gondola is closed, the hotel becomes a bit hard to reach without a car.

Nice little hotel on a hill top above the city Ustí with friendly staff and helpful staff. Very quiet location outside the city centre. I only had a single room available since the rest was fully booked. The only minus for me was rhe slow Internet in my room. Ok breakfast with all the basics you need in place for a good start of the day. A little more variety would be good, especially on the fruit side. Nice view over Ustí from the smaller breakfast room as well as the restaurant. The dinners I had in the restaurant were very good. For the ones with a sweet tooth, I'll advise to try the warm apple strudel or the Germknödel ? Right behind the hotel you'll have the possibility to take a cable car directly to the shopping centre. I will for sure be back next time I'll have a business trip in the area.
