★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásné a nové spa a wellness, úžasný a příjemný perzonál. Pokoje krásné a čisté. Rodinná atmosféra. Spousta výletů po okolí. Hotel má 3 hvězdy,ale za nás dáváme další!!! Kdo přijede nebude litovat. Už teď se moc těšíme na další návštěvu.
 Beautiful and new spa and wellness, amazing and friendly staff. Rooms beautiful and clean. Family atmosphere. Lots of trips around. The hotel has 3 stars, but we give another for us !!! Whoever comes will not regret it. We are already looking forward to the next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úžasný personál, vynikající wellness služby i hotelová restaurace, klidné místo pro relax a odpočinek. Dobrá dostupnost sjezdovek, horských túr i na výlet do Karlových Varů. Vřele doporučuji.
Amazing staff, excellent wellness services and hotel restaurant, a quiet place to relax and unwind. Good access to ski slopes, mountain tours and a trip to Karlovy Vary. I warmly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nettes kleines Hotel in der Nähe von Karlsbad. Zimmer sind völlig ok, nur etwas hellhörig. Alles sehr sauber und hygienisch. Personal sehr nett und sprechen Deutsch. Frühstück inklusive. Autoparkplatz (kostenlos) im Hof. Reichlich Auswahl in der Abendkarte zu sehr guten Preisen.
Gern wieder.
Nice little hotel near Karlovy Vary. Rooms are completely ok, just a little noisy. Everything very clean and hygienic. Staff very nice and speak German. Including breakfast. Car parking (free) in the yard. Plenty of choice on the evening menu at very good prices.
Gladly again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá spokojenost, neskutečně milý a přátelský personál. Hotel příjemný, pokoj čistý se základním vybavením, naprosto vyhovující. Nejlepší na pobytu bylo jejich wellness, to je opravdu krásné a moc příjemné, mají tři různé sauny, na ochlazení sprchy a bazének, jednu společnou a jednu privátní vířivku a dvě odpočívárny. Všude je přítmí s příjemnou atmosférou a třešnička na dortu je skvělá paní masérka. Pobyt se nám moc líbil a plánujeme se sem určitě vrátit.
Absolute satisfaction, incredibly nice and friendly staff. Hotel pleasant, room clean with basic amenities, absolutely satisfactory. The best stay was their wellness, it is really beautiful and very pleasant, they have three different saunas, a cooling shower and a swimming pool, one communal and one private whirlpool and two rest rooms. There is darkness everywhere with a pleasant atmosphere and the icing on the cake is a great masseuse. We really enjoyed our stay and we definitely plan to return here.
