Accommodation excellent, comfortable beds, clean. Pool clean, hot water. Splendor!!! Unfortunately, we went to another hotel for a meal.

The waiter refused to bring us a cake after the meal, saying that we should have ordered it from our table together with our friends. We were the only visitors at that moment.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna and the room was very nice with a beautiful clean bathroom. We enjoyed the super ladies ride :-)

I can't understand how it's possible that Malamute can afford to remove at least 8 negative reviews. Since my comment still deletes them, I will write it in abbreviated form. The food is an absolute hum, the staff is incredibly poisonous, in some rooms the mold is complete dirt and humus. Definitely not recommended

The restaurant does not work in the evening. Specifically, March 12, 2022, according to the staff, from about 7.15 pm the kitchen does not work. They don't value customers here! Arrogant service. I recommend avoiding the arch and prefer to visit the guest house near Jelínek, close to the Belgian owner. Excellent cuisine, real Belgian fries, excellent steaks and everything as it should be

Rooms cozy, socially renovated, plastic windows and functional heating - except for the relaxed door handle absolutely cool. Swimming pool for children absolutely super fun. The sauna and whirlpool were reportedly reserved for the whole weekend, so it cannot be evaluated. Breakfast for 150 CZK came to us quite a lot, after that there was a complete absence of fruit and vegetables only tomato and cucumber 3 days in a row. 2x of the 3 breakfasts were not fresh pastries, allegedly due to a power failure. in Nejdek. Unfortunately, the kitchen only about frying semi-finished products and other than fried side dish or dumpling was not possible. Absolutely unsuitable for children. To everything like sky sterilized cabbage. Gluten-free treatment was not possible despite the advance assurance and they do not make salad because they do not have time to cut (it is in the menu). The chef was reluctant and annoying, the waitress at least tried. The restaurant closes at 8 p.m. Pay for the restaurant in cash, so count on cash. Accommodation was a problem with card payment (deadline and internet connection did not work). Eventually, the payment went through another part of the day. The older dog moving freely growls at the children, who were afraid to move completely on their own and cried with fear when they saw him (after the first attempt to stroke, they never tried, but it was enough to walk around). The restaurant features parrots, iguanas and small fish.
