Nachdem ich schon öfters in Nove Hamry zu Gast gewesen bin, Hotel Seiffert und Hotel Malamut (früher Hotel Schwarz), wollte ich diese auf Google gut bewertete Pension für 3 Nächte versuchen. Besitzer machte einen sehr freundlichen Eindruck und auch die Vorkommunikation per Mail war bestens. Auf die Frage wo man am Abend essen gehen könnte, wurde gesagt, dass im Ort alle Restaurants geschlossen hätten, wir aber in der Pension etwas bekommen würden. Somit bestellten wir eben dort. Bei einem Spaziergang im Ort stellten wir aber fest, dass die Hotelrestaurants sehr wohl geöffnet haben. So haben wir dann am Folgetag augenscheinlich zum Unmut des Besitzers, kein Essen bestellt und waren im Restaurant des Hotel Seiffert. Dort hat es uns sehr gefallen. Essensauswahl und Getränke top. Leider ist dann im Betrieb meiner Frau ein Krankheitsfall aufgetreten, sie führt auch eine Pension, uns wir müssten eine Tag eher abreisen. Sie benötigte aber eine Rechnung, die ich hier auch als Foto beilege. Eigentlich kostet das Zimmer dort 56 € je Nacht + Kurtaxe von 31 Kronen. Aufgelistet sind noch das Essen und Getränke. Eine Kurkarte, wie auch normal, haben wir nicht erhalten. Ein wenig Entgegenkommen hatte ich schon erwartet. Schade. Were very disappointed. After being a guest in Nove Hamry, Hotel Seiffert and Hotel Malamut (former Hotel Schwarz), I wanted to try this well rated guesthouse on google for 3 nights. The owner made a very friendly impression and the preliminary communication by email was also excellent. When asked where to go for dinner in the evening, they said that all the restaurants in town were closed, but we would get something in the pension. So we just ordered there. During a walk in town, however, we found that the hotel restaurants were open. So the next day, apparently to the displeasure of the owner, we didn't order any food and were in the restaurant of the Hotel Seiffert. We really liked it there. Choice of food and drinks great. Unfortunately, an illness then occurred in my wife's company, she also runs a pension, and we had to leave a day earlier. But she needed an invoice, which I also enclose here as a photo. Actually, the room there costs 56 € per night + tourist tax of 31 crowns. The food and drinks are listed. A Kurkarte, as well as normal, we did not receive. I had already expected a little concession. Too bad.
U	Uwe Sachse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren nun zum zweiten mal bei Ingrid und Dirk und wir werden nicht das letzte mal da gewesen sein. Gute Zimmer, gute Bedienung und Spitzen Küche, leider nicht Böhmisch, hier kommt die traditionelle Küche aus Belgien zum Zuge, auch sehr lecker. Ein Grillabend ist immer dabei. Die Preise sprechen für SICH. Wir waren mit acht Motorräder und zwölf Personen über Pfingsten zu Gast. We were now for the second time with Ingrid and Dirk and we will not have been there for the last time. Good rooms, good service and top cuisine, unfortunately not Bohemian, here comes the traditional one Cuisine from Belgium, also very tasty. A barbecue evening is always included. The prices speak for themselves. We were guests with eight motorcycles and twelve people over Pentecost.

M	M U (Mates) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff. The owner is excellent master of the kitchen. His steaks are awesome. Rooms are simple but clean. Prices overall little higher than expected but location and staff is also better than expected.
