j	josh pharo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very lovely hotel. Helpful staff, nicely appointed rooms, super clean and cosy. The private spa area was lovely for our little family (better if the pool was heated). The buffet breakfast was very good

But everything has few its pros and cons so Hotel is quite away from city centre. You have to take a ride of approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Bus stop is nearby. They have complementary breakfast included in their package.
S	Szymon Ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good value for this price. Very clean, parking next corner (white zone - 20 CZK per hour from 0800-2000). Swimming pool and sauna 20€ per hour. Breakfast normal, nothing outstanding. Rooms clean, normal facilities. We had an apartment, very specious. The only problem were fumes/smell which were present in the main bedroom in the morning (apartment is located above the kitchen/restaurant). AC extra pay - 6€ per day. Quite a distance from subway but manageable.

V	Vaidas Brazys on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST HOTEL i ever stayed in prague by far. SCAMMERS hotel too, they tricked me of paying 405 chech krons (which according to them is 15 euro). Agreed 50 krons, but the price changed. No card payment possible at this 4star hotel. Because they will scam you in currency exchange.

You have to pay cash only cause they don't accept credit cards ??? The second surprise was when a russian appeared at the reception and a Russian girl immediately accepted his credit card. Why such inequality? Are these manifestations of racism during the war? It was only 5 degrees outside and the heating in the room did not work. Breakfast is very poor. The russian flag hung in front of the hotel. Who gave them a four stars ?

We were there with our family and everything think was good, their room was clear and their staff was very kind and they help us for knowing something. It's important thing for me was reasonable price of this hotel base on their service and rooms . Thanks

Firstly the location is great, the staff were so helpful nothing was to much trouble, the room I stayed in was comfortable with everything I needed. Transport was great only a 5min walk to the nearest tram stop with service every 15 min into the city old town. I opted for a late checkout 1.30pm which cost me €15 euros. I will definitely be back to this hotel. Many thanks John
