M	Markus Hennig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positives: quiet location yet in easy reach to tram (250m) and metro (500m). Breakfast is of good quality (except they don't have dark bread). Sat TV with lots of foreign channels. Big clean room with extra bed. Negatives: Bed could have been more comfy (mattress too soft). They don't have black out curtains so the room is light with sun rise. There is no Aircon but the weather wasn't that warm when we stayed in Prague. Quantity of breakfast - on second day we arrived half an hour before breakfast was closing and most of the food was gone. On request to refill food I was told to eat what is left :-( They do take a 50 Euro security deposit, you have to leave the key in the hotel when you leave and there is also a 20 Euro security deposit for the safe lock if you're planning to use the safe. Would have given 4 or even 5 stars as it was very good value for money but the episode with the breakfast was not customer friendly.
J	Jordy van de Ven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old hotel in historical building. Location is amazing. Hotel itself is a bit dated, but everything is very clean. Reception is friendly and can speak decent English. We wanted seperate beds, and they called someone to do that for us, instead of doing it ourselves. Rooms can be a bit small, we booked two rooms, one was spacious and the other one was a bit small. Hotel is very cheap, we only paid €50/night/room in the middle of high season.
B	Briony Clayforth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed a 3 night stay at this hotel. The staff and receptionist were helpful and lovely. The room was very spacious and was simple but it suited the character of the hotel. Bed was very comfy and had three decent nights sleep. The hotel is perfectly situated in the city as it was close enough but not noisy at night. Breakfast was adequate, very egg based but there is plenty of choice to suit all guests. It was a perfect hotel for the price we paid. Definitely recommend.
A	Andrea Attig Prouzova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious rooms, clean, big bathroom but not very comfortable beds. The rooms need black out window curtains because the sun wakes you up early morning. It’d use some update. Overall I’d stay there again if it was a good deal. Location is great, near tram or metro. I appreciate the fast 24/7 communication with the hotel by phone on WhatsApp.
A	Alan Kavanagh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely hotel the staff were so friendly and nice. The rooms so big and so clean the same with the bathroom. It's was handy for public transport into the old city or if you wanted to go out for something to eat and drink it was in walking distance. If you're visiting Prague i recommend this hotel beautiful. Also they so a lovely breakfast. They have a driver that will pick you up and drop you of at the airport for a small fee he was great he told us all about the city and were to go. I'll be back Thanks
F	Frans Snel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly and helpful staff. If you are traveling alone or together with a partner, ask if room 11 is available: you'll have PLENTY of space. Great location with loads of bakeries, coffee shops, bars and restaurants only minutes away from the hotel.
B	Bohdan Demydov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well.... We have planned our trip to Prague ~ 1.5 months in advance. As we are a group of 3 people ( + another couple which did separate reservation) it was a bit difficult to find a place in the center and with reasonable price. But we managed to find this hotel and looked forward to our trip. Day prior to check-in I got a notification on booking.com that the hotel can't charge my card. It was ridiculous as the day before I successfully paid for another reservation and my bank didn't get any attempts to charge the card from the hotel. I tried 3 different cards but it didn't help and the hotel canceled the reservation with notice that they are unable to charge me. The same situation happened with my friend and on the same day, we did a reservation in another hotel with the same cards. I guess the hotel got overbooking and decided to cancel "cheap" reservations to accept more expensive reservations. Not reliable hotel at all, I would avoid it.
