The breakfast is good and the beds are great! But the costumer service is really poor, 2o day in the hotel Do not have bath towels, is really bad quality and they just do not have enough for the amount rooms. We went to the pool, they ask us to using the one we have in the rooms, we used, wend we coming back to take the new ones, the receptionist sad she was to Busy at the moment and she can’t looking for towers she need to do It check in for a new guests. At the end we was waiting 2 hours to have a shower and they just sad they had no clean towels in the hotel. Was very disappointing the all situation and the costumer service. She was very rude in the entire process. At the end she gave us 2 old hands towers to having a shower.

Spent 3 nights here on a city trip to Prague. The hotel is located quite far from the city center, but since they offer a free shuttle service that was not at all a problem for us. Next to the hotel is a (very) large supermarket with a restaurant, both are open until 22:00 which was really nice. The room itself was a bit small, but perfectly clean and comfortable. The only downside for me was that I didn't properly fit underneath the shower head, and at 1,80 meters I'm not at all that tall for a Dutch guy. We were on the 4th floor which offered a really nice view over the surroundings. All in all, I would definitely stay here again when going to Prague. If you're not going for the night life, the shuttle service is a great option to get to the city center and back to the hotel quickly. The staff is friendly and the price was good, we only paid 87 euro's for 3 nights in early January. Free parking with camera security was also a big plus for us.

They didn't even have the decency to email us of the new rules that have been applied because of the lockdown which is that we need a letter and stamp from our employers proving that were on a business trip. I wrote an email 4 days ago asking if the wellness room is still available for us to use and got no reply. There are 4 people available at reception and they weren't able to notify us in advance. Poor customer service.

The room was small but clean and cozy. Modern swimming pool with jacuzzi, long opening hours. Breakfast was delicious, huge choice of food. I recommend this hotel. Far away from the city centre.

Even though it's a 3 star hotel, I really enjoyed the hospitality and commodities of the room. Cleaning was provided on a daily basis. And all the necessities were present at all times. If there is anything you miss, Globus Hypermarket is just across the street and it has all sorts of things. Breakfast buffet was available for extra cost of only 150 CZK and was very delicious. I enjoyed my time here and for my next visit will choose it again.

The first impression is very good for a hotel near Prague, it is very well connected, close to the center, airport and highway. Free limousine to the hotel from the station. Modern decor, very nice service, 4-star rooms with full equipment, fridge, safe, ironing board, TV, internet, and many other services. As for beds, it is a very comfortable, medium car park, swimming pool, under video surveillance. The hotel has two elevators that's a plus. Generally cheap, clean and nice I recommend.

Hotel is amazing, very quiet and secluded location. Not too far from the main festivities at the Center. Facilities are great, rooms are very similar to what you see in the photos posted online. The hotel offers free taxi services to the Center/main attraction areas. On a positive note, Tereza was an awesome receptionist. Went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my wife and I were well taken care of!

This is one of the Worst hotels I’ve ever been. It is not more than 2 stars. The room I booked must be exclusive but it isn’t a standard even. It’s cold with only 2 degrees outside. I cannot imagine when comes colder weather. The pillow bag is dirty with a big yellow spot. The shower cabin is very tiny. Everything is absolutely awful. They put 50 inches TV and a middle standard bed and probably they think this makes the hotel 3 stars. There is no bottled water. The coffee maker is ordinary kettle with an instant coffee. I cannot see anything 3 stars in here yet. Do not make my mistake to book a room here of you want a real 3 star hotel. PS I’ll see what the breakfast will be tomorrow morning.
