If You're exhausted it's ok. Ok is the best word which I can use for it...3 stars for breakfast, service and mostly cleaning rooms. Improve quality and make some small refresh in whole building and it will be better note.

Location is great as if is close to the city but still in quiet area. Hotel itself has a nice environment, however, we were given different rooms that booked (much simpler).

Terrible hotel. The parking lot is outside and open to anyone. The room is old and they don't have lifts. Forget about it if you have any mobility restrictions or travel with heavy luggage. The neighborhood is also not so good. It's cheap and the staff friendly.

Dirty room, broken bathroom, uncomfortable bed and no internet in our room at all (room 16). Only thing good about this place is friendly and welcoming staff.

For us driving to Prague, parking at the hotel is one of the deciding factors in choosing a hotel, that alongside close proximity to public transport. Hotel Bella offers limited parking so make sure to book your spot early in advance. It only takes about 5 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station, Hloubetin, and within 30 minutes from leaving your room you are standing in the middle of the golden city of Prague. The hotel is clearly of older date, with the rooms bearing evidence of the years that has gone. We found no reason to complain about the cleaning however found that only one towel per guest is not enough, my wife lacked one for her hair after showering and we both lacked one for drying our hands after a visit to the toilet. The rooms are not very big but then again on vacation to a city like Prague you really do not want to waste time in your room. The bed was very firm, but despite me having tendency to have a bad back, we slept fine on it. The breakfast buffet is not as big as offered by bigger hotels but big enough to satisfy most guests, and as a bonus it varies from day to day. We didn't have much interaction with the staff but what little we had was kind, helpful and professional. The hotel has no bar or restaurant but just along the street there is a Hospoda or pub, offering both beer and food. We did not try this place and can therefore not attest to the quality.

Hotel is Clan and the room warmer with a nice smell. The wood used in the rooms give a good and warm impression. The bed was very nice with clean laundry and the bathroom was also clean. Breakfast is included with enough diversified food.I truly and sincerely recommend.

First of all, the whole staff is more than communicative in English. Great contact over the internet and on the spot. Smorgasbord breakfast was great, every day something different but equally tasty. There are many different types of rooms but ours was rather cramped for 3 adults. Metro station was really close, small supermarket nearby and even there is a local bar around the corner with really low prices.

I am sure you find a better one in Prague. We stepped out of the car and walked towards the hotel when a big fat rat crossed our way and hid itself at hotels exterior wall. Well big city life not necessarily hotels fault I guess. But the piece of candy on the floor in the room and the shaver head under the bed certainly are. The bathtub was chipped and rusty and the drainage where smelly and I really really hope the big brown spot at the frame of the bathroom door was only chocolate. The receptionist tried to help with parking but really had no idea as given information where incorrect. By the way she was there when we arrived shortly past 9pm and still there when we went to breakfast at 8am. These seem inhuman working hours. The price was 60 on booking but I always try to support local businesses (as booking.com charges at least 12, 5 commission fee to the owner) so booked via phone for 65 Euro but 69euro was charged on my credit card but only noticed to late. (as charged in local currency)
