★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 6 weeks.Having stayed in many hotels all over Europe this was without doubt the very best by a long way.Konrad the manager and all his staff are to be congratulated for their extreme friendliness and willingness to be helpful on every occasion.A REAL GEM IN PRAGUE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to relax not far from the center of Prague, using the Hotel transport, or the train or metro nearby. The hotel transport is done by a very nice Sr.. He does everything to accomodate your personnal squedule, and gives you great tips to get around and visit the city. The family room was perfect for up to 4 persons, and we were glad we could take our dog. The staff was very accomodating and informative. The Hotel restaurant serves good czech food and tasty desserts. The beer and wine are also quite nice. We will definetly return to the same Hotel when in Prague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb hotel with friendly staff and local character. I enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet with delicious European fare, a beautiful pool area, and free shuttle service (which were only some of the amenities offered by the hotel). I had a brief problem with Wi-Fi connectivity, but the helpful, multi-lingual staff sent “tech support” to my room to fix the problem. I only stayed a short time, but would definitely recommend the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding service- they gave us a secure place to park our motorcycle, carried in our luggage, spoke excellent English, explained how to take public transportation into the city, had a van to shuttle us back and forth to the bus/tram stop, sold tram tickets, gave touring advice, excellent breakfast, and a big room with good air conditioning and a private seating area on a terrace. Quiet neighborhood and lovely grounds. Large outdoor seating area with a BBQ dinner one night. Laundry was done for us at only 6 euros for a load.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved this hotel, the staff on reception could not do enough for us, shuttling us by mini bus to the underground or tram stations and even into the city and back one evening. A nice quiet setting, lovely garden to sit in but without the shuttle we would have struggled getting to the Prague. The food was good in the restaurant but customer care and service was very lacking. Nevertheless I would recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just returned from 7 nights here and Castle Residence has been excellent. It is set in lovely grounds outside Prague with plenty of parking. A free shuttle bus is on hand to take you to the nearby Metro Station. The staff are lovely and the breakfasts superb.
The restaurant is good and the food excellent.
