★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělý hotel jak pro dospělé tak i pro rodiny s dětmi. Dětský koutek, sauna, bazén, dobře ubytování, skvělé jídlo.....za mne nemá chybu. Jsem tu již podruhé a rád přijedu zase....
 Great hotel for both adults and families with children. Children's corner, sauna, swimming pool, good accommodation, great food ..... for me there is no mistake. I'm here for the second time and I'm happy to come again ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel na pěkném místě, trochu retro, ale to nám přišlo právě fajn. Personál milý, ochotný. Smazla jsem jednu hvězdu za slabší večeře, ale to je detail a studenou vodu v bazéne. Naopak moc milý masér, to jsem zalitovala, že jsem šla až poslední den. Celkově hodnotím kladně a ráda se někdy vrátím. Petra Horáková napsal
Hotel in a nice place, a bit retro, but we just thought it was nice. Staff nice, helpful. I deleted one star for a weaker dinner, but that's the detail and the cold water in the pool. On the contrary, a very nice masseur, I regretted that I went only the last day. Overall, I rate it positively and I'll be happy to come back sometime. Petra Horáková wrote

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel pro 120 lidí, ale parkoviště pro 9 aut, wifi připojení na pokoji neustále vypadávalo, takže jsem musel chodit na chodbu na pohovku. Jídla velice dobrá, nemohu vynachválit, ale není na snídani nutella a personál nedoplňuje buchtičky na večeři pro mé dcery. Na pokojích nejsou poutka, takže pro větší rodiny se suší věci špatně a kvalita ramínek špatná. 3* si myslím, že je v pohodě.
Hotel for 120 people, but parking for 9 cars, wifi connection in the room kept falling out, so I had to walk down the hall to the sofa. The food is very good, I can't praise it, but there is no nutella for breakfast and the staff doesn't add buns to dinner for my daughters. There are no loops in the rooms, so things are poorly dried for larger families and the quality of the hangers is poor. 3 * I think it's cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lyžařský výcvik malých hokejistů z HC Slovanu LOUNY se i díky Vašemu hotelu vyvedl na výbornou ! Paní recepční Maruška byla velmi ochotná milá a přátelská, nic nebyl problém. Paní z baru u bazénu obdivuji za trpělivost s klukama, byla neuvěřitelně milá a tolerantní. Barman Martin byl úžasný, ochotný, usměvavý, bylo na něm vidět, že ho práce baví a bylo to znát na všem co dělal.
Jídlo, bylo výtečné a opravdu nám moc chutnalo.
Všem co se o nás starali patří obrovské DĚKUJI.
Určitě jsme tam nebyli naposledy a brzy se k vám rádi vrátíme!!
Thanks to your hotel, the ski training of small hockey players from HC Slovan LOUNY was excellent! The receptionist Maruška was very helpful, nice and friendly, nothing was a problem. I admire the lady from the pool bar for her patience with the boys, she was incredibly kind and tolerant. Bartender Martin was amazing, helpful, smiling, he could see that he enjoyed his work and it was obvious in everything he did.
The food was delicious and we really enjoyed it.
A huge THANK YOU belongs to everyone who took care of us.
We were definitely not there for the last time and we will be happy to come back to you soon !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly refurbished 'communist style " hotel. Good quality/price ratio (we paid 100 Eur per family 2ad.2kids for two nights incl.dinners and breakfast). Nice clean room, abundant & tasty buffet dinners.The swimming pool is rather small, but sufficient for kids
