K	Kallum Burgin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. It's right on a small river (Certovka), often called Little Venice, which is beautiful, and also next to Charles Bridge. The location is a tourist hot spot during the day, so it can be busy, but it quietens down at night. Staff were very helpful and gave us advice about transport and restaurants. Breakfast was a basic continental, helped by a short menu of cooked items.

We had a very pleasant stay here! Compared to several other hotels in Prague, the minibar is not included here but that's not so bad :)
W	Wm Leler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic location, near lots of interesting sights within a few blocks. Lots of good food around. Rooms are a little on the small side, but functional and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. They had some technical problems with the elevator and front door while we were there, but it didn't cause any big problem. Would stay here again.
Y	Yevhen Stasiuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During checkout I had a very unpleasant situation. The guy from the reception asked me if I took something from the mini bar, I said no, did not take. Then he said that the mini bar does not have three things (becherovka, Pepsi and nuts). He called the cleaning lady, who confirmed that the mini bar really didn't have these things, but they were there before I arrived. But I didn't even open the minibar!! I had to pay for things I didn't take!! It's a shame! I worked at the Warsaw Marriott Hotel (450 rooms) and the Bristol Luxury Collection Hotel (205 rooms) and such situations happened to us very rarely and because the cleaning lady 'forgot' to check the mini bar. Guys, you don't have enough rooms to make such mistakes !!! Hire a supervisor who will check the work of the cleaners!! The impression of staying at the Certovka Hotel was totally spoiled! Recommendation for future visitors. If you do not plan to use the minibar, before settling, ask to remove from the room all the contents of the mini bar, you have the right to do so. Certovka hotel was clean, the reception staff is very friendly. The lady from the restaurant is incredibly friendly and pleasant!!
D	Daniëlle Bakker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is perfect, it is not to noisy which is great because it lies literally at the foot of the biggest tourist attraction in the city. The rooms are pretty nice, a little outdated. The curtains let in too much light which makes you wake up very early (unfortunately). The bathroom is fine, the shower that we had was a little small so that you just fit in there, but cannot easily move. It has a very nice airconditioner. The breakfast has not much variation, but everything there is tastes good. The staff is nice and competent in English
T	Tiffani 1995 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location: Great for families, walking distance to pretty much anywhere, playground near, right by Charles Bridge. Staff: Absolutely lovely. Friendly, helpful , caring. Breakfast: As expected., Good choice of pastries, cereals, fruit, salad, salami , ham and cheese. WI-FI: Ridiculous! Do not count on it working in your room. It didn't work in neither room we had and two more guests complained about it not working in their rooms either. Complained, but the owners apparently don't care. Unfortunately, there was a bad cell phone reception in some of the rooms so we could not rely on our own internet either. Room: We had 2 rooms. Both were only superficially cleaned, dusty, cobwebs, lots of spiders, broken curtain rail or ill hang curtains so couldn't draw them at night to block out some of the street light, faulty hair dryer in one room, broken shower in the other.

It was warm in Winter (I was there in February), the airco was broken in my room in Summer, and they weren't fast in trying to repair it. It is clean, and mostly friendly. The wifi was ok, the breakfasts good. No 24 hour reception. They send a 4 digit code before you arrive. BE SURE YOU HAVE IT! You need it to get in the hotel and to check in. There is a pretty terrible automated check-in system. Even though it says "CHECK IN" in English, select "English" first, and then click on Check In. Otherwise you get the Czeck version, and the button to go back is in Czech too.
K	Krzysztof Złotkowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant in best point in Prague, near Charles Bridge, but personnel is unfriendly to the customers. One of them told me to leave the table NOW, because he needs it for 4 other guests ... Other of them hardly requests me to pay for service when i ordered only one beer ... I don't recommend this restaurant.
