★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did just write a review on yelp but couldn’t let this amazing costumer service go unnoticed. Not only does this hotel have an amazing old timey feel but the reception desk staff I believe his name is spelled Jir or his nickname George. He is the best hotel staff I have ever come across! And that says a lot for someone who has been traveling for a long time! He went out of his way to help us park, told us about all the great places to go and how he could always help if we needed something. And in fact we did, we had lost our charger and called down to the front desk and he said no worries we have plenty! So there we got our charger, not only that but he is an amazing person always has a smile on his face and ready to help at a moments notice!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the most wonderful time staying at the Hotel Pod Vezi from Dec. 15-20. The location was perfect and we even got free admission tickets to the Bridge Tower adjacent to the hotel which we highly recommend doing because the view of Charles Bridge is amazing from there. The hotel has a delightful terrace with a porch swing and a beautiful view of the castle. Our room #23 was spacious, quiet and clean. There was a lovely bouquet of fresh flowers in our room when we arrived, followed by daily gifts of chocolate and Prosecco. When I had a problem with my curling iron causing a power outage Jaroslav, at the front desk, was able to come up to our room and fix the problem immediately. The staff was exceptionally gracious and helpful. The daily breakfast buffet which is included was fantasticl! We had a variety of choices including waffles, assorted fresh bread loaves, eggs, ham, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt and more. There was even Prosecco to make mimosas and hot tea, coffee, or espresso. This hotel will be our hotel of choice every time we come back for a visit! Many thanks to the amazing staff for making our stay so pleasant and memorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room. Everyday we went back to the hotel after a day out, we always found a little gift awaiting us in our room. Breakfast is excellent and has a daily choice change. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall incredible hotel! The location is amazing. Right across the bridge and under an amazing tower. Room was big, very clean, and comfortable. Customer service from all the staff exceptional especially the Slovakian basketball player Ales who welcomed us the first night and was just beyond helpful. Breakfast was delicious and amenities were all very nice. Small treats were a wonderful added touch. Our only complaint was not having more time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great hotel experience. The staff was very helpful and they are there 24/7 if you ever need anything. We got free entry to the tower next to the hotel and got some beautiful views of Prague from there. We also ate at the restaurant next to the hotel which they also give you a coupon for. The dinner was excellent and the price for what we received was very reasonable. Perfect location and would love yo visit again when in Prague again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We cannot recommend this hotel and the staff enough. The trip was delayed by Covid for 2 years but they kept in contact and even gave us an upgrade for not cancelling.
The rooms are lovely and spacious with all the amenities you need.
The location is perfect, literally right at the end of the Charles Bridge.
Prague is a beautiful city and well worth the visit.
Book this hotel and you will not be disappointed!
