B	Bill Kapphahn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is great! We were overlooking the main town square, when the trees were blooming. We accidentally broke a lamp shade, and the staff cleaned and replaced it quickly. They were very nice. Breakfast was good.
L	LP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We reserved a two-night stay in a superior room at this hotel so we could easily travel to the Bohemian Switzerland National Park. The initial welcome was very warm. We drop our bags in the room and went out to visit the surroundings and have dinner. Once back, we found that there was no shower in the room. Only a bath with a hose that did not transform in a shower (as a result, you put water everywhere in the bathroom). I went to the reception and the girl at the desk told us she couldn’t do anything until the day staff the next day. However, she gave me the key of another room so we could use the shower and take the towel so I could dry our bathroom floor but we couldn’t transfer in that room. Unsure why.. In the morning, I went to the reception to explain our problem. The guy from the previous day wasn’t speaking English anymore and the girl next to him seemed to not care at all. I would avoid this hotel if you aren’t speaking Czech or German as they seem to have something against English speakers. Otherwise, the location of the hotel is well located and breakfast is OK. Limited products but I saw worst.
A	Andy Akenson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms have been nicely updated with modern touches. It's also nice to stay right in the center of town. The staff was very friendly and speak English pretty well (I don't speak Czech do this is great). The hallways see kind of funky with green carpets and steps and ramps her and there but it's clean and tidy. Definitely a good value and looking forward to staying here next time I'm in town.
D	Doug Casterton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok Value for money, clean and functional and decorated to a good standard but a little outdated in parts. Room was well sound insulated, bed was comfy. Reception helpful and polite. Breakfast was included but of a fairly poor standard.
