D	Daniel Haustein on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein etwas älteres, aber immer noch nettes Hotel mit gutem Service. In der Nebensaison, bei halber Belegung, ist das Schwimmbad und der Whirlpool ausreichend. Ist das Hotel voll kommt der Wellness Bereich schnell an seine Grenzen. Das Frühstück ist voll in Ordnung, jedoch bei vollem Hotel wird es je nach Zeit auch Mal schwierig ein Tisch zu bekommen. Parkplätze sind kostenfrei und ausreichend vorhanden. Für den Winter gibt es für jedes Zimmer Skischränke. Vom Hotel direkt auf die Piste. Ziemlich gut durchdacht. Auch für Fahrräder gibt es einen abschließbaren Raum. Für die Kids ist ein sehr schöner Außenspielplatz und zwei Spielzimmer innen vorhanden. Alles im allen, stimmt Preis-Leistung. Es ist schwierig in Špindlerův Mlýn zum gleichen Preis etwas besseres zu finden. Kleines Makel war die Bar, die hatte bei uns nur bis 10 auf, hier wünschen sich einige Leute längere Öffnungszeiten. Die Lage ist etwas abseits des Zentrums. Bus und Taxi sind kein Problem. Für Wanderer und Radfahrer ein guter Startpunkt. Uns hat die Lage super gefallen. Ruhig und in mitten der Natur. Top. A bit older but still nice hotel with good service. In the off-season, with half occupancy, the swimming pool and whirlpool are sufficient. If the hotel is full, the wellness area quickly reaches its limits. Breakfast is okay, but when the hotel is full it can sometimes be difficult to get a table. Parking spaces are free and sufficient. For the winter there are ski lockers for every room. From the hotel straight to the slopes. Pretty well thought out. There is also a lockable room for bicycles. There is a very nice outdoor playground and two indoor playrooms for the kids. All in all, price-performance ratio is right. It is difficult to find something better in Špindlerův Mlýn for the same price. A small flaw was the bar, which was only open until 10 am, some people here would like longer opening times. The location is a bit away from the center. Bus and taxi are no problem. A good starting point for hikers and cyclists. We really liked the location. Quiet and in the middle of nature. Top.
J	Jana Malkova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel jako takový asi OK. Snídaně formou bufetu skvělé, večeře už jsou na tom podstatně hůř. Ale co bylo opravdu velké zklamání, tzv. Welnes. Hned po příjezdu jsem se chtěla objednat na masáž na druhý den, neměla jsem šanci, všechny termíny absolutně zamluvené, dovolat do hotelu předem abych si mohla zamluvit termín se mi během 14ti dnů nepodařilo, takže smůla. Další jobovka je bazén, spíš bazének. Absolutně nedostačující pro počet hostů, voda nebyla úplně čirá, vzduch byl hodně cítit chlórem. The hotel as such is probably OK. Breakfast buffet great, dinners are much worse. But what was really a big disappointment, the so-called Welnes. Immediately after arrival, I wanted to book a massage for the next day, I did not have a chance, absolutely booked all the dates, call the hotel in advance so I could book an appointment, I did not manage within 14 days, so bad luck. Another job is a swimming pool, more like a swimming pool. Absolutely insufficient for the number of guests, the water was not completely clear, the air smelled a lot of chlorine.

Snídaně a večeře formou bufetu, velký výběr a jídlo bylo dobré. Jediné k čemu bych měla menší výhradu je, na tak velký hotel , jedna vířivka.. jdete si zaplavat a musíte číhat kdy se tam uvolní místo, když už jste tam,tak sledujete jak číhají ostatní. Ale jinak za mě velký palec nahoru, dokáži si představit vracet se sem opakovaně. Overall, I rate the stay as very successful, helpful and kind staff, rooms cozy and clean, there was nothing that was offered. Breakfast and dinner buffet, great selection and the food was good. The only thing I would have a small reservation for is, for such a large hotel, one whirlpool .. you go swimming and you have to lurk when the space becomes vacant when you are already there, so you watch the others lurk. But otherwise a big thumbs up for me, I can imagine coming back here repeatedly.
