We came to the restaurant for dinner. We have ordered our food but unfortunately we had to wait 30 minutes without getting our order. All guests who came after us were getting their orders.
The waitress was very sorry and we understood that their chef prioritizes the guests from the hotel with their orders and only then prepares meals for others!
We were very disappointed, having a little kid crying from being hungry and we had to leave before getting our order.
I am not sure this is a way to successfully run a restaurant. At least they could have a big sign outside saying, “We serve only hotel guests, please go away.” To avoid any confusion.
We were thinking to book a room in the hotel next time we visit the area but lost all interest after this.
