It is the worst hotel I have been. The staff’s attitude is really arrogant and bad. It says to be 4 star, but it doesn’t worth even 1 star. There is no air conditioning, and the refrigerator is barely working. And there is a centipede in the room!

This is not a 4 star hotel. Not more than 2 for sure. Very run down and with old furniture. Maybe was 4 star 20 years ago. If you looking for 4 star hotel, better go somewhere else.

Well no air condition and its hot outside as well in room. I dont like frutir sheets too. My bed have no headrest so you have to sleep flat. Where do they get 4. stars? I cant see tv from bed. Maybe in this country stars dont mean nothing. Its bad! Better look for other 4 star hotel in this town.

First off, there were stains everywhere, from the curtains, carpets and even walls...the carpets were very dirty with many blood stains, they obviously haven't been cleaned for a long time. One of my room lights was blown and one bedside lamp was spoilt. Showering was a torture as the water temperature kept changing from scalding hot to ice cold, without a moderate temperature. The lift was unstable and kept shaking, it was also very slow. There wasn't a variety of food at breakfast and there were very little facilities.

I have been to few hotels in Ceske Budejovice (business travel) and usually stay in different hotel (which was full this time) The room was clean and spacious but quite dated (furniture from 90's), no kettle service, breakfest was really basic, staff was at reception was friendly. Brilliant location in central CB. Overall definitely not 4 stars hotel. I would say 3 star. If they invest more into renovating rooms, hotel would have some potential I guess.

What a lousy place. Good location but that is all the good there is to say about it. Very worn rooms and totally indifferent staff who couldnt even make the coffee machine work at breakfast. Don't visit.

Recently returned from a nine day vacation of Czech/Vienna and Budapest. I don't have huge expectations of a hotel. 1. Clean 2. Safe 3. Functioning amenities Where do you start? 1. Stained carpets? (looked like blood). 2. No toilet paper in room. Not replaced after two calls to front desk 3. Furniture straight out of the 1980's. Worn out and disgusting 4. No shower curtain. 5. Terrible bedding 6. Front desk closed after 11PM. Room key supposed to allow for entrance...It did not. Thankfully someone in our party heard our cries from the street and came down and let us in. 7. The breakfast is almost comical. Powdered drink substituted for orange just. Cheap meats. Stale bread. No selection of fresh fruit. 8. Only one, small, s l o w elevator on premises. Useless. The only positive I could say would be about it's location, adjacent to the city square Do not stay at this hotel. I would give the hotel a zero, but was not given zero as an option

The hotel is a bit basic but that was reflected in the price Reception closes early so you need to use the rear entrance The bed was very comfortable The highlight was the receptionist who went out of her way to help
