A	Andreas Rossband on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in the centre, big room, high speed wlan. but very noisy from neighbors, and from the street. no parking on site, no late reception. maybe enough for private, but recommendable for business stay.

The checkout is as fast as watching paint dry There is zero parking Breakfasts is a bit poor There is no air conditioning There is significant road noise when you open the windows Wifi didn't work for me and... There was no reception to talk to about it because they pack up at 2100.

Very polite receptionist make sure your smooth check-in and check-out. All guests have free breakfast at restaurant nearby. Free Wifi and free parking available ( parking lot 7 min away)
R	Ryan King on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked this place. The apartment was spacious and probably the biggest place we stayed at on our two week trip to Europe. The room was clean, the bathroom was big and the beds were comfortable. They also have a nice breakfast that is included in the price. If and when I am back in české Budějovice I will most certainly be staying here. I would recommend to anyone. The only drawback is there is no parking and it is even quite tough to find parking to unload your luggage because it is on such a narrow small and busy street.

Had to clean the wardrobe before installing clothes. Kitchen equipment incomplete. No air conditioning or fan with temperatures above 30°C. Breakfast included in rather sad adjoining restaurant but of limited choice because of the number of guests. Of the 4 hotels we stayed in during our tour of the Czech Republic it was the least agreable... and not the least expensive.
D	David Prepletany on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we stayed in an apartment on the 2nd floor in a building right next to the reception. The apartment was big enough for two people. We especially liked the bathtub but it took a while before hot water started running. Some utensils were missing in the kitchen but there was enough to prepare a simple meal. There was a TV set with some 200+ channels but most of them were in German. We couldn’t figure out how to switch them to English and there was no TV guide. Noise was a major problem. People walking up and down the main staircase inside the building and screaming kids. Especially the kids were super annoying. While having breakfast, we had to sit in a room where there was no kids section. So again, lots of noise. The management should invest in room noise insulation or warn parents to attend to their kids to maintain a low noise level inside the building and during the breakfast time. Breakfast was overall OK but with very limited options for vegans.
